Tony woke up and turned around to the clock, 09:14. He kissed Ziva's cheek then he went up. He walked past Avery's room to see if she was awake. He opened her door quietly and saw her sitting on the floor playing. "Daddy!" She stood up and ran over to him. She hugged his legs. "Good morning princess." He said as he picked her up. "Why didn't you wake us?" "I didn't want too. Is mommy awake?" "No she is asleep." "Can we do some breakfast? I'm hungry." "Of course." He walked downstairs with Avery in his arms. He sat her on the table and walked over to the fridge. "What will we do today?" "You will be with Abby and Tim today. Me and mommy will spend some time alone." "Abby and McGeeeeek!" She said happy and Tony laughed. "They will pick you up in 1,5 hour then me and mommy will pick you up tonight." "Okay." Tony smiled and started doing breakfast. Ziva was still asleep so they ate without her. 1,5 hour later Abby picked Avery up. Tony kissed Avery's cheek and hugged her. Then she went with Abby. Tony went up to their bedroom and laid down next to Ziva. He kissed her and she opened her eyes. She smiled and kissed him back. "Morning beautiful." "Morning." "Breakfast is waiting for you downstairs." "Mmm what's the clock?" "11am." "Why haven't you wake me earlier? Where's Avery?" She sat up and rubebd her eyes. "With Abby and Tim." "What? Why?" "Because you and me will have a day alone. We haven't had a day alone since everything happened." "Aww." She pulled him into a long kiss. "I love you" she said and kissed him again. "I love you too." She got dressed then they went down and she ate. "What have you planned for us today?" She asked. "You will see." She sighed. "You have to be done at 2pm, and you will have your new dress on." "Ok." Tony took away the dish as she walked over to the couch. He came some minutes later and sat down next to her. "Hold me" she said and laid her head on Tony's chest. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead. They sat on the couch and cuddled for around an hours then Ziva took a shower. She wrapped a towel around herself and went out from the bathroom. She walked over to Tony. "Bathroom is free" she said and kissed him. She walked in to their bedroom. She took some underwear in the drawer then she dried her hair. She made her hair in big curls. Then she slipped her new dress on that Tony buyed. It fitted perfect. She put on some make up that match the dress. After she took some black high heels. Tony walked into the bedroom in his pants just. "You look amazing Zi." "Thanks to you." She walked closer to him and kissed his cheek. Then she walked downstairs and let Tony get dressed. Tony came 10 minutes later. "Hi sexy" Ziva said and smiled. Tony smiled as he pulled her up from the couch, into a kiss. "Ready to go?" He asked and kissed her again. "Mm yeah." They walked out and Tony locked the door. He grabbed her hand and laced their fingers together. She smiled at him. He took her down to a restaurant near the beach. "Tony DiNozzo." "This way." They followed the young boy to a table. Tony pulled her chair out and she sat down. Then he pushed her closer to the table and sat down on the chair next. They looked at the menu then ordered some food. Ziva looked out through the window. "What are you doing?" "Thinking. And watching the amazing view." "Thinking about what?" "Everything that have happened." He smiled slighly and grabbed her hand. Then the food came and they ate. They left the restaurant after two hours. Ziva wanted to walk aat the beach so they walked down. Ziva took off her shoes and held them in her hand, and so did Tony same. Ziva intertwined their fingers as they walked. The water touched their feet from time to time. She smiled as she rested her head on his shoulder. Tony stopped and turned Ziva to him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and she snaked her arms around his neck. "I love you" they both said on same time and laughed a bit. Then he pulled her into a passionate kiss. They both pulled back for air and smiled. "We should better start going. We have to pick Avery up at Abby's." "Yeah." She kissed him again then they began to walk. After almost 1 hour of walking they knocked on Abby's door. "Who can that be? Ima, daddy!" They heard from the other side of the door. The door opened seconds later and Avery hugged their legs. "Hi sweetheart" Ziva said and lifted her up. "I missed you" Avery said and hugged her. "You look beautiful Ziva" Abby said. "Thank you for the help Abby, Tim." Tony said. "Here are her things" McGee said and handed them to Tony. "See ya tomorrow" Tony and Ziva said. "Bye Abby and Timmy" Avery said and waved. Then they walked home. Tony unlock the door and let Ziva and Avery in first. Avery yawned. "Time for bed, princess?" "Do I have too?" She asked and yawned again. "Yes we'll go to bed too." Ziva said. "Okay can you carrie me up?" She asked and looked with puppy eyes at Tony. "Of course my sleepy princess." He lifted her up and carried her to her room. Avery got ready for bed and crawled under the covers. "Read" she said and pointed at the book that was lying on the table. Tony smiled. He grabbed the book and started to read. He read one chapter and by then she had fallen asleep. Tony closed the book and kissed her forehead. He stood up and saw Ziva in the doorway, smiling. They walked out from her room and closed the door. Tony picked Ziva up in bride style and walked with her to their bedroom. He put her down on the bed and started to kiss her. His hands moved down to he lower back when she pulled back. She looked him in the eyes. "Not ready?" He asked. "I'm ready but only if we do it slowly." "In your own tempo." He started to kiss her again. Then slowly unzipped her dress as she slipped his shirt over his head. A picture of Ray came up in her head and she remembered what he did to her and started to tear up. Tony pulled back. "Your ok?" "Yes.. I just saw a picture of Ray.." She kissed him again. Tony unzipped his pants then her bra. He slowly pulled her down in the bed as he kissed her. He laid her gently down. He kissed her passionately. She had tears in her eyes. He pushed some harder and Ziva didn't pull back. He put his tongue in hr month, they were tossing each other. A single tear escaped from her eyes and Tony pulled back. He looked at her with caring eyes. He kissed her again then they continue. After 1 hour of having sex they laid next to each other. Ziva had fallen asleep. Tony rubbed her back and felt many scars on her back. He knew Ray and his friends had done that to her. He kissed her forehead and went to sleep after.

Here is a long part. I hope y'all like it. Finally did Ziva take next step with Tony. Next part maybe will be a bit more boring. I think they will be at ncis almost the whole part. idk.
