At Tony's place

Tony and Ziva took a long shower. Tony had his arms wrapped around her waist and kissed her neck. "Tony... Lets continue this somewhere else." She pulls back and wrapped a towel around herself. She took one of Tony's T'shirts and went out to the living room. She put in a movie in the dvd player and sits down on the couch. She waited on Tony to come out to her. Tony came out after some minutes. "What are you doing swee cheeks?" "I thought we maybe could watch a movie and that maybe lead to something else." "Ok sounds good for me. Which movie did you put in?" "Um I think it is Pirates Of The Caribbean 3" Tony sat down next to her and she started the movie. 30 minutes in at the movie, Tony started to kiss Ziva. He gently laid her down and continue to kiss her. He kissed her colorbone up to her ear. She giggled as he kissed her behind her ear. He had one hand around her and one under her head. He kissed her soft lips as she pulled away for air. He pulls her back for another kiss then she rested her head on his chest. He kissed her forehead then they both started to fell asleep during the movie.

Next moring 07:35

Ziva wakes up next morning on the couch with Tony next to her. He had his hands inside T-shirt. She pried him of off her and sits up as she yawns. She sees the clock is much, they have to hurry to work. "Tony sweetheart, wake up. We are late for work." "Morning sexy. Whats the clock." "07:37" "Oh damn we are late." "Yes I know." She pulled him into a kiss then they both got ready in 10 minutes and drove to ncis in separated cars. Ziva laugh as the elevator doors opens and they both walked out. "Morning guys, what so funny?" "Morning probie." "Morning Tim. It was just a joke that Tony told me." "Let me hear it." "Eh no." "Why?" "Because we don't have time. Grab you gear! Dead marine in west Virginna. You drive David." He throw they keys to her then she fast took her stuff and ran to the elevator. "Ziva?" "Yea Tony?" "Can you please try to not kill us?" he gave her a smirk and she nods. "Come on, Ducky and Palmer is already on their way there!" "Yes boss." Tony responds. They all got into the car and Ziva speeded off.

At the crime scene

"McGee take the fingerprints, I want to know who this man is, DiNozzo photos and David talk to the witnesses. Duck, what do ya got?" "Two gunshoots in the stomach. He have been dead for around 10-12 hours." "His name is petty officer Jacob Lawrence." "Good job McGee. See if you can find any evidence around the body. What more can you tell me Duck?" "Not much, I've to do the autopsy first." "Ok see if DiNozzo is done with the photos so you can take the body back to ncis." "Gibbs, the witness is Jasmine Barker. She came here around 06:30 this morning." "Did she saw someone?" "No just school kids. She was out for a run with her dog when she found him. She didn't saw anyone in the park. She runs here every morning, same time. She usaully meet the school bus and the kids who is waiting. Maybe they saw something." "Ok great work Ziver. Lets go back." "Yea..." "Ziver, are you coming?" She didn't answer, she was standing a few meters away and stared out of nowhere. "Ziva?" "What..?" "Are you ok?" "Yes I'm fine. I was just... thinking." "Ok lets go, McGee and DiNozzo is waiting in the car." McGee drived back to ncis and Tony and Ziva sat in the back seats. Ziva stared out from the window and didn't say a word under the car ride back. Tony looked at her and put his hand on her leg. "Ziva, are you alright?" She didn't answer, Tony was worried about her.
