"DiNozzo take down the evidence to Abby." "Gibbs can I do that, I need to talk to Abby." "Yeah sure." Ziva went down to the lab. "Hey Abs, turn down the music. We have a new case." "What kind of case?" "Dead petty officer. Here are the fingerprints, clothes and the other evidence." Ziva gave Abby the evidence. "Did you find the murder weapon?" "No." "Ok thanks Ziva." "Abby, I came here for another reason too." "Ok, what is it?" "How did it go with McGee? Are you two together?" "I don't know, Ziva." "You don't know?" "Yeah it feels like we are friends with benfits, nothing else." Abby started to tear up. "Abby come here" She gave her a hug. "I think I really love him." "You have to tell him then. He loves you too, he told me that." "Why doesn't he act like that then?" "I don't know Abs, you have to talk to him about that. He is maybe scared of Gibbs and his rules." "O-okay." Abby hugged Ziva tight gave her a smile. "Abs, I can't breath." "Sorry." "Ziva, Gibbs want you back in the quad room." Says McGee when he walks out from the elevator. "I'm coming! See ya Abs." She went into the elevator with McGee. They sat down behind their desks and started to work. Soon after came Gibbs from the autopsy. "What do ya got?" "Wife Monica Lawrence 34 and their child Cailin 1,5 year." "They live in West Virginia, on street 34 near the park." "He have been away on a misson for 3 weeks and should come back next week." "He have been calling his wife Monica and someone Lucas Sehorn the last few day. I guess Lucas maybe know something."Good work, McGee found who Lucas Sehorn is and what they have in common. DiNozzo, David talk to the wife." "On it boss!" Ziva and Tony walk into the elevator and Tony switch it off. "What do you want Tony. We have a case." "What is wrong Zi?" "Nothing. I am fine." "I can see that something is wrong." "Nothing Tony." She switch on the elevator and they drive to West Virginia. The car ride was silent. Ziva didn't say anything and either didn't Tony. They arrived to Ms. Lawrence house and knocked on the door. A women in long blond hair opened the door. "Hello." "Hello, I'm special agent Tony DiNozzo and this is Ziva David.We are coming from NCIS. Can we come in?" She let them in and they talked. 1 hour later they drove back. "Where is Gibbs?" "Right behind you DiNozzo. What did she say?" "How do you always do that..." "Monica said he was on a misson, she didn't know what kind of misson it was or where. He said he couldn't tell her because hse would get in danger then. She talked to him every day but not yesterday. She called him a couple of times but he didn't pick up. She had no idea that he was a week early home. I asked if she knew who Lucas Sehorn was and she said he was his best friend." Says Ziva. "They have been friends since high school. Lucas have been married to Jennifer Broke and have a child togther with her, Hillary 9 years old. Lucas live two houses away from Lawrence. Lucas is a marine too, and as I could find he is not on a misson now. Should I call him and ask him to get here?" McGee fill in. "No not today. Y'all should get home for today." "Okay, see you tomorrow Gibbs." "Bye Ziver." Ziva picked up her stuff when she got a text from Tony *Are you coming over to my place?* *Yes see you soon.* McGee, Tony and Ziva went into the elevator and drove home. Even if Tony drove before Ziva, she was outside his apartment before

Tony's place

"Hey sweet cheek. You got here fast." He kissed her then they went in. "I'm hungry what do you want to eat?" "Maybe order some chinese food?" "Yeah sure." Tony took up his phone and ordered some food and 10 minutes later came the food. Ziva put in a movie in the dvd player then they ate. After they had eat ziva snuggled up close to Tony and kissed him. "I missed the taste of your lips." Tony said and kissed her again. He moves his hands down to her shoulders and took off her leather jacket. Then he started to unzip her blouse. "Tony... stop Tony..." She pulled away. "What is it Zi?" "I'm not in a mood for having sex." "What is wrong? I know somwthing is on your mind!" "I'm fine Tony, it's really nothing." "Why are you not telling me?! I know something is wrong. Why are you lying?!" He stands up and walk out of his apartment upset. "Wait... Tony..." Tony was already gone. Ziva glide down against the door and start to cry until she fell asleep. Tony came back after midnight and see that his door is open and that Ziva is asleep next to it. He picked her up and went to the bedroom. He pulled the covers back and laid her down, then covered her up. "Goodnight Zi." he kissed her temple and grabbed a blanket and went out to the living room and laid down on the couch.
