Ziva walked downstairs. Tony was in the kitchen. "Tony..?" Ziva said low. "out here sweet cheeks." She walked out to the kitchen. "What are you doing?" She asked with a smile. "Warm chocolate with marshmallows." She smiled as he handed her a cup. "Thank you." She kissed his cheek and walked out to the couch. She sat down and took a sip. Tony sat down next to her. She put her cup down on the table and wrapped her arms around Tony. "We need to find someone to Avery." Tony said and sat his cup down too. "I know.." "Who?" "I don't know, Tony." "McGee's sister? Or what about your neighbor?" "Ellie?" "Yes her. She seemed to have fun with Avery." "I can ask her. Maybe we cn meet tomorrow and talk about it. I'll text her." She took her phone from the table and sended her a text message. "You can meet her but I've to work." "Ok. Ellie texted me back and said she could tomorrow. I'll come to ncis after with Avery." "It sounds great." He said and leaned in to a kiss. She kissed him back and he laid her down. "I love you" he said. "I love you too." They laid on the couch for the next 10 minutes, cuddling and kissing each other. "Lets go to sleep." Tony nodded and followed her upstairs. "Goodnight sweet cheeks" he said and kissed her. She snuggled up close. "Night" she said tired.

Next day

Ziva woke up by Tony's alarm ringing. She poked him but he didn't wake up. She gently slapped his cheek and flew up. "Hey what was that for?!" She pointed at his clock and said "time to go up, sleepy." He turned it off and pulled Ziva closer and kissed her. "See you later sweet cheeks." He kissed her again then left the bed. He walked out to the bathroom and took a shower. 30 minutes later he sat in his car and drove to ncis. Minutes later he pulled up on ncis parkinglot and he turned off the car and went to the building. "Morning Tim" he said as he walked into the squad room. "Good morning Tony. Where's Ziva?" "Home. She will come later today." "Ok." "Have you found who's number it was?" "Not yet. I'm working on it." McGee started to type on his computer and so did Tony.

At Ziva and Tony

Avery walked into Ziva and Tony's bedroom. She climbed up on the bed and laid next to Ziva. She played with her hair then Ziva woke up and opened her eyes. She smiled. "Morning sweetheart." She kissed her forehead. "Where's daddy?" "At work. We will meet Ellie then we will go there too." Ziva and Avery laid In the bed and cuddled for some minutes. Then they went up. Ziva took a shower and dried her hair and put it back in a pony tail. Then she made breakfast. "Avery brekafast ready." "Coming mommy." She jumped down from the couch and walked in to the kitchen. They ate then Ziva took the dish away. Then she helped Avery to get dressed. Avery had a light pink summerdress. Ziva locked the door and took Avery's hand. They started to walk to meet Ellie at the café.

They arrived to the café. Ellie hadn't come yet. They sat down at a table and waited for her to come. Ellie came around 5 minutes later. "Hello, I'm sorry of I'm late" she said. "No your not late. We were early." Ziva hugged her then Ellie sat down. "Hi Ellie" Avery said happy. "Hi." "You want a cup coffee?" Ziva asked. "Sure but I can pay." "No it's okay. You want a coke?" "Yes please mommy." Ziva walked to order coffeee and a coke and she came back minutes later. "Thank you" Ellie said. Ziva smiled and sat down. Ziva and Ellie talked while Avery drawn. "Me and Tony wodnered a thing." "Ok what?" "Would you be interested to take care of Avery while we are working?" "Yes of course." "Really?" "Yes." "Thank you. And you will of course get paid." "It's not necessary." "Okay." They talked for another hour then they said goodbye and Ziva called a cab to ncis.
