#9: How to; Halloween Outfits
Halloween is almost here and well if you still haven't got an outfit or ideas, here are some ideas for what to dress as and even some last minute ideas!
1. The black cat;
This is a very popular yet simple look that is super cute and anyone can achieve!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
-You will need a black, tight mini dress. (If you do not have one, then you can also wear a black bodycon skirt and a black top.)
- Black fishnet legginings. (Normal see-through ones will do too.)
- Cat Ears + A tail
- Markers, to draw whiskers and a cat nose on your face.
- Apply golden eyeshadow to your eyelids + black eyeliner to create cat eyes.
- Alot of mascara
- Nude or pink lipstick/gloss.
- Curl your hair or leave it straight, upto you!
2. The Cow Girl;
This is a easy look to pull off, for almost anyone!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- You will need a white tank top
- Red or blue plaid shirt - you can roll up the sleeves if you want. (You must leave the shirt unbuttoned though)
- Denim dark blue jeans
- Brown boots
- Cowgirl hat
- Curl your hair and tie it into a loose pony tail.
3. Vampire;
Who doesn't love vampires? Here's how to look like one!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- A long black or red dress
- A cape (Optional)
- Fangs
- Red face paint - dripping blood
- Black Lipstick - red lip gloss ontop.
- Black + Silver eyeshadow
- Black or red high heels.
4. Witch;
Go for an ugly witch look to scare off all your friends!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- A long loose brownish - black dress, full sleeves. (buy one larger than your own size.)
- Facepaint - Light green, paint all over your face, hands, necks and any other visible skin.
- A witch's hat
- Broom stick
- A witch nose (optional)
5; Angel;
Maybe you're more of the sweet and nice type? How about an angel?
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- A white dress (long or short)
- A halo headband - if you can not find then try a simple silver or white headband that stands out.
- Try a formal hair style or just some simple curls.
- White/ Silver heels
- Sprinkle silver glitter all over your face and clothes.
- For makeup; white eyeshadow as the base, then some silver glittery eyeshadow on top. Use a foundation lighter than your own to make your face look brighter. Put on nude or light pink lipstick.
- White nailpolish
7. Princess;
If you want to look pretty on Halloween, then I suggest you go for a royal princess look!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- A pink gown for a more girly look
- A gold gown for a more elegant and royal look
- A tiara or crown
- Hot pink heels - for pink dress
- Golden heels - for gold dress
- Make up for pink dress: light pink, shimmery eyeshadow. Light pink lipgloss. Hot pink nail polish.
- Make up for gold dress: Gold eyeshadow on the eye lid + use dark brown to blend on the crease. A lot of black mascara. Use a black liquid eyeliner on your upper lash line. Clear lipgloss.
- Curl your hair or put it up in an elegant bun.
- Acessorise with silver bracelets, crystal ear rings, necklaces, rings.
8. Smurfette;
Want to go blue this Halloween? Well maybe this look is for you!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- Blue face paint - Paint your face and any visible skin blue!
- A white beanie
- Makeup: A lot of mascara + White pencil eye liner on your water line, blue lipstick.
- A flowy white dress - slightly above your knees
- White heels
- Blue nailpolish
- Straighten your hair
9. Dead Bride;
This is a scary, drop dead gorgeous look! (Notice the pun? ;] )
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- Full sleeved, long white dress - Cut the bottom part of the dress up until your knees, making sure it looks like you ripped it, so don't make it look perfect! Then try to slightly rip the dress in some places, maybe even stain the dress. The bride is dead, so her dress will probably look like it hasnt been washed for a while.
- Straighten your hair then spray it with water making it rather damp. Then run your hands through it and mess it all up!
- Makeup: Vibrant red lipstick, Black liquid eyeliner on your upper and lower lashlines and waterline. Softly pat a bit of black eye shadow on to your lids. Put on alot of mascara, even add some fake lashes.
- Black high heels or nude flats, Maybe even go without shoes to add the awoken from dead look!
10. TinkerBell;
A magical and cute halloween outifit!
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS LOOK:
- A short green dress
- A pearl necklace and bracelet
- Makeup: White eyeshadow as a base + sparkly lime green eyeshadow on top. Pink cream blush and light pink lipstick. Use black eyeliner to create a cat eye + use fake lashes and mascara.
- For you hair tie it into a really high bun with a green scrunchie or ribbon
- A pair of green flats - Glue together 5 cotton balls and make them look like a huge ball of fluff. Then stick on to the front of your shoes.
- You can even try to find a pain of see through tinker bell wings!
- A green or white wand.
