I had finally gotten back to my pack when I see the most horrific thing ever.
"Oh, hi Valthea. . ."
I had walked up to the pack house to see Nico and the queen of all players making out! I mean I'm not mad, in fact I'm ecstatic!
It's completely normal to be beyond happy to see your ex-mate and some girl making out.
I was just glad I rejected him because if I didn't I would be in some pain for him cheating.
"Hi Alpha Nico, Kylie."
"Oh hi uglyzilla, I'm so sorry for your loss of this guy, because he is my mate!" Of course I knew it wasn't true. The moon goddess wouldn't put them together. . . Or would she?
"Well I'm so happy for you two! Bah- bye!"
""Wait Val!" I had started walking away with Nico following close behind.
"Please don't call me Val."
"Okay. Wait, Thea!"
"Don't call me Thea either. Call me Valthea, That's my name."
"Oh. Okay. Um so I was just thinking, w-why d-did you reject me?"
Nico
Of course I stuttered.
"Oh that's simple. I don't want a mate." My heart dropped. How could she not want a mate, especially when it's me!
"That's crazy!"
"You're crazy, now I'm leaving." She had started walking back to her pack house.
Valthea
As I started walking away I heard him follow behind. Before I could turn around I felt like someone pushed my into a tree. Mostly because someone did push me into a tree.
"What the heck?!" I saw him stare down into my eyes. Except it wasn't Nico. . .

A/N: so how was the chapter? I know it's short I'm just in a little writer's block.
Maybe I'll find some inspiration? Ugh I have an orthodontist appointment tomorrow!
