Doctors apointment

Zoe's pov
Today me and Alf were going to the doctors about getting pregnant. We had only been trying for 6 months but I feel like I will never be able to have a precious little baby to hold in my arms and call me mum. I put on a grey jumper, leggings and grey ugg boots with a grey beanie. Autumn is my favourite season and I'm so sad it's coming to an end. It's already 29th of October. I don't feel ready to be preparing for Christmas and to feel the winter weather. I went down stairs and sat on the sofa before realising we had to be at our appointment in 15 minutes. I pulled on my coat and shouted of Alfie. He came downstairs wearing jeans and a light dark green jumper and a grey beanie. I practically pulled Alfie out of the door, jumped into the car and drove to the doctors.

We arrived at the doctors and went in. "Deyes" Alfie said to the woman behind the desk. She nodded and wrote something down. I breathed out nervously. Alfie reassuringly put his arm around me and smiled at him. I tried to smile back but it probably just looked like I was a retarded Cheshire Cat. Me and Alfie took our seats and waited to be called into the doctors office. 

Alfies pov
We checked in at the doctors and took a seat. I could tell that Zoe was very nervous. I held her hand tightly to reassure her. I could see her eyes flickering around the room, she was trying not to panic. I rubbed her hand with my thumb. I was trying to soothe her but she seemed to be getting more stressed. "Little one, it's ok" I whispered. She nodded. At just the right time, our names were called to go into the doctors office.  When we walked in a friendly looking female doctor was sat welcoming us and telling us to sit down. I could tell Zoe already felt quite calm around this doctor as she had helped with Zoe's panic attacks before. Zoe explained our situation and the doctor said we could either try some more as we hadn't really been trying for long or we could try ivf. She also did a few tests and checks test if we were both fertile enough which she would call us and tell us the results.

When we got back home Zoe instantly looked less stressed and we watched some Disney movies and played with Nala. We also got a cheeky nandos. It was a pretty nice night  so we took Nala to the park for a little while. We then had a drink and the fun began again. ;)
