Zoe?

Zoe's pov
Today I was going to meet my dad in town and go for a coffee together and catch up.
We were meeting at around 11:30 so I was just about to set off as it is 10:45 and it takes a while to get there. Alf was at a meeting at Google headquarters and he set off at like 7:00 am.

I got in the car and started to drive. I got into a motorway and everything was fine until a big black van came swerving in and out of the two lanes. I pulled over to the side along with about ten other cars. The van kept swerving in and out. He smashed into the car I front and behind me. I was preying he would miss me and I converted my bump to protect the little girl that I hadn't met but loved so much. The van kept going in circles and came straight towards my car, I put my head down and my hands over my bump. Everything went black, my veiw sliding in and out of being able to see. I saw flames and heard explosions, I heard screams and sirens. I knew it was the end.

Alfies pov
I arrived at Google headquarters half an hour early. They moved my meeting so I was in straight away and didn't have to wait. The meeting was three hours long and it was 11:00 when I got out. It was an exciting meeting though but I couldn't tell anyone, I was going to get my and Zoe's birthdays on Google, as in when something important happens it appears on the Google sign. I went back down to the waiting room/area and saw some other men looking smart like bank or business men. There was a large tv on the wall and it had the news on it. The headlines were that there had been a very bad incident on a dual carriage way beat out house, ten people had been badly injured and two killed! Apparently a drunk and high man had stolen a black van with a mysterious bomb in the back and the man had crashed and triggered the bomb. The news man read "many people have been injured, five workmen aged around 35-40, two women( one a mother), two children, and a quite heavily pregnant woman known famously for her YouTube channel, Zoe Deyes." The words rung in my head. 'Zoe Deyes.....Zoe deyes......Zoe Deyes' there had to be more than one Zoe Deyes in Brighton. Then my phone rang ; it was Zoe's mum. "Alf , Alf are you there?" She said panicked." Zoe has been in a car accident!" I burst into tears not knowing what to do. "Where is she? Is she really bad?" I asked through tears." She's in Brighton hospital intesive care unit and I'm not sure." Her mum said. I told the Google business man I had been working with the situation and he let me go. I got in my car and raced to the hospital. I got there in ten minutes and rushed to where Zoe was. I found her. Laying dressed in a plain white gown, unconscious with about a million different wires coming from her body, she was completely covered in blood. I kissed her cheek trying my best not to move any wires and she twitched when i did. A nurse soon came in and told me all the facts and figures about Zoe's state.  She is likely to wake up within two days and has a 80% chance of survival the doctor had told me. "But what about the baby?" I asked "she didn't make it, I'm so sorry" the doctor told me sympathetically. I nodded and say by Zoe.

I sat for hours, and days but Zoe hadn't woke up. She was still alive but the doctors were starting to worry she never would wake.
