"I've given Ophelia the run down on how to drive, over and over again. She seems confident in what she is doing, though she hasn't ever actually sat in the drivers seat before. I've borrowed a car from a co-worker and today is the day; I can tell Ophelia is nervous even though she has no reason to be. We'll be on back roads, no one will be around to watch and there isn't much she can do to the car except stall it. I know exactly where to take her, though our time will be short due to the fact I have to work. Right now I'm just waiting for her to get ready, I think she is stalling because of her nerves.

I'm trying to imagine a life where we'd have our own vehicle, that would be one more step into a normal life. I look at O and I see a life, a life I never imagined, I never could have predicted anything in my life from the moment I saw her. If I had known we would end up here, the way we are, would I have changed things? Probably not. It takes hardship to get where we are, but things are better now, things are... amazing."
