Star Pov
After Marco dropped me off I heard mother calling out for me, Lilly brought me to her and I waited for a response "Mother?" I felt her hands on my face and kissed my head "I got a message from Marco for you to have a potential part time job, that's wonderful news, and I'll allow it"

I had a confused looked but then I remembered the pet store "Oh, really? You'll allow me to work?" I heard her giggle "Of course, oh there's a visitor for you in your bedroom" I raised an eyebrow and Lilly took me and I felt a hand on my cheek "Hello Starship, nice seeing you again..what happened to your lip?" I forgot my lip was busted up a bit "Nothing Tom, I'm happy your here"

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he held back as he kissed my head "Sabrina and that awful guy did this again didn't they?" I could feel Tom's touch start to boil on my face "Hey it's okay, Marco saved me from them..I'm fine just a busted lip" I felt his finger run over it and sigh

"I wish we were still together, this wouldn't have happened and you know that" I move away from his hand and sigh "I know but I'm pretty sure they aren't gonna mess with me cause of Marco, I heard him fight and throw him against a wall, I think I was just shaking from it" he pulls me into a hug and I try to break from it

"Star, you need to be careful, this world isn't always good you know" I nodded "Yeah, so um since your here do you mind driving to the beach house for the party?" He chuckles in response "Of course, having New Years Eve there again?" I nodded "Yeah, and I hope you come I know your just visiting but I really hope you come my little demon child" he chuckles "Demon child?"

I laughed and we head there, he talked about his job and how he likes it and how he's talking with a girl, which is good for him, he told me she has long brown hair Hazel eyes, and a tan skin color, she sounds pretty by the way he described her "You should invite her to the party, you know to start the year off"

I could feel him look at me "Wouldn't that be awkward, you my ex talking with my potential girlfriend?" I covered his mouth "No, Tom you said you wanted me to find happiness and I will, but you need to find it as well, I don't mind okay? I'll invite people to keep me company" he chuckles and brings me into a hug "You're too good for me starship"

After an hour of setting up, everything was in order and we looked at the beach, I could hear the waves hitting the beach and the wind blowing wildly through my hair "So, this Marco...do you like him?" I sigh and put my head down

"I don't know, maybe I do or not, he's still with his beautiful girlfriend which I'm sure is going to be his wife, he told me a month ago how they argued about getting married and having kids, and I'm here feeling like I have no future, Marco has his whole life planned out, all I have is college, work, and Home..it would be nice if I found a decent guy to call mine and to have someone to spend the rest of my life with.."

I sniffle a tear away "I just..need to pick who I like better, and the ones that aren't taken already, Marco sounds like a great guy and is very protective over me, if he wasn't I would've asked him in a heartbeat, but now I'm not sure..I leave subtle hints but he just acts normal like usual"

I felt Tom hold my hand "It sounds to me that you've fallen for him, even if you didn't intend to, Star listen to me, I know this sucks but the future works in mysterious ways, probably happens and he comes to you for advice, just know he'll come to your side whenever you need him or he needs you" I blushed and smiled

"Thanks for that, I hope you meet him at the party" he laughs "Oh, you bet I will just to set him in place" "Tom..no" I heard him groan "Why? He should know not to mess with me" I shake my head "No, now take me home please" "Okay" the ride home was quiet and my mind kept drifting and I didn't know what to feel, I've fallen hard for him but he's too blind to see it, but its a good thing he doesn't know..

After saying goodnight to Tom, I headed towards my room and went to bed, I was exhausted from today and just stressed overall. I blink a couple times before sleep takes ahold of me..

*dream land*

The sound of music playing behind me as I sway side to side having him have his arm wrapped around my waist, it was like dancing on a cloud and the way he kissed my neck and making me feel good, as my hand felt his face it was warm and soft, slowly turning as I placed both on his face, I traced his jaw and cheek and blushed, I felt my heart racing as he grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer, he lifted my chin and pulled me and I felt a pair of lips on mine, I didn't hesitate and kissed back, the kiss was deep and meaningful, as we parted for air I giggled 'I love you Star' I smiled remembering his gentle words 'I love you Marco..' he held my hand and started dancing again, with every step I felt him close the gap between us, as I lay my head on his shoulde-

I fluttered my eyes and felt tiny kisses from Junior, he ruined a perfect dream even though I know it will never happen "Oh junior, what am I going to do now?" The dog started biting my fingers and I sigh and lay back down, there's nothing I could do without causing any tension between us and his girlfriend and that's the last thing I wanted to do.. "What are you doing to me Diaz?"

A/n hello everyone, slow updates like I said before and yeah, I have a good friend of my update my stories for me so it might sound like a different person but it's still in my plot so just letting you know, also tell me what present Star should get for Marco?
