Sorry for not updating for a while... been kind of busy lately

After trying to get the phone from Sakuya for ten minutes, they all gave up and downloaded the app on their own phones.

Hyde: Lichtan, why don't you read your statement?
Licht: Tsk. You might as well drink your third cup now, shit rat...
Hyde: Why?

Licht just ignores Hyde and gets ready to read the statement aloud.

Licht: Never have I ever... accidentally called my partner someone else's name.

Awkward silence fills the room as Hyde picks up his cup and drinks from it. Sakuya then refills Hyde's cup again.

Kuro: What'd you call him, Hyde?
Hyde: Uh...
Misono: Spit it out!!
Hyde: .....
Licht: 😡 He called me "Ophelia" last night.

No one says a word. They all just stare at Hyde, who was avoiding their gazes.

Hyde: I didn't mean to... It just slipped out...
Mari: Were you drunk or something?
Hyde: *mumbles* Yeah...
Mahiru: How much did you drink?
Licht: The shit rat drank like 25 cups of sake!!
Misono: 25?!
Kuro: Not surprising... Hyde was always able to hold his liquor pretty well.
Tetsu: *to Hyde* How did you even confuse Licht with some girl?
Hyde: *whispers* She wasn't just some girl...
Mahiru: Wasn't?
Hyde: She...passed away
Tetsu: How long ago?
Hyde: 😔 I...don't remember...

Licht's facial expression softens and he slowly walks over to Hyde.

Licht: Why were you drinking so much last night?
Hyde: I felt like it.
Licht: I know you're lying, Hyde. You don't usually drink unless you're upset about something.
Hyde: It was nothing, Lichtan. I just had a bad day, that's all.
Licht: *snaps* Quit lying and just tell me already!!
Hyde: *whispers* Watashi wa shitakunai (I don't want to)...
Licht: Why?!
Tetsu: *to Mahiru* What's going on?
Mahiru: I don't know. Hyde, who was Ophelia anyway?

Hyde says nothing and starts shaking. He knew what was gonna happen next so he stepped out, leaving Mahiru slightly confused.

Mahiru: 😓 Was it something I said?
Licht: It's not your fault, Mahiru. Ophelia is just a sensitive topic for him.
Misono: Why? Who was Ophelia?
Kuro: She was a princess and Hyde's first eve.
All eves: A princess?!
Hugh: And his first love...
Sakuya: Were they dating?
Hugh: No. It was...unrequited.
Sakuya: Oh.
Tetsu: Um, sorry for asking, but how'd she die?
Hugh: She was executed...in public.
Mari: Why?
Hugh: That I don't know.

Kuro flashbacks to the time he saw Hyde at Ophelia's grave, crying his eyes out and suddenly remembers a very important detail that he missed.

Kuro: What was yesterday's date?
Licht: Um... December 16. Why?
Kuro: I might have an idea why Hyde was drinking yesterday.
Licht: What is it?
Kuro: Come here for a sec.

Kuro whispers in Licht's ear and tells him everything he knows. Licht silently thanks him and heads out to look for Hyde.
