You love to sing 'Just the way you are' by Bruno Mars because Grayson, despite his ego, is really self-conscious of his body and the way he looks, so when you catch him looking at himself in the mirror you come up behind him, wrap your arms around his waist and just sing.

Ethan - 

Ethan is an idiot, we all know that but if you're doing the thing where you 'zone out' and look like you're about to cry Ethan will jump up and start singing 'I want it that way' by The Backstreet Boys. Even though you look like you're going to cry, you're not, it's a reaction from not blinking in a long time xD

You - 

You and Ethan are the most compatible couple alive... because you are both idiots. You made a sort of deal or bet, to see which one of you can get the other one to laugh most. One of your ideas was to sing 'Hello' by Adele literally everytime you walked into a room or passed each other in the kitchen. It worked ;)
