I carefully walk up to the house and take deep breaths. 'Okay. You can do this. You are going to walk right in and say hi! It's that simple?'

I shake my head to calm my thoughts and shove the key into the door. I turn it and it unlocks with a click.

I open the door and step inside.

I look down and see twelve different shoes lined up. There was a small closet next to me which I assume is for coats and such. I take my things off and set them in the right place. I adjust my book bag straps and make a brave face.

I tip toe towards what I assume is either a living room or kitchen. The lights were off and it seemed the curtains/blinds were drawn too. I reached my hand out and searched for the light switch.

My hand hit it and I sighed. 'Bingo.' I flipped the switch and my heart almost lept from my chest.

"Surprise!! Welcome newbie!"

There were ten people standing around the kitchen table with a cake on it. Two of the guys were holding up a banner that said 'welcome y/n!' while the rest had either party poppers or kazoos. They all had party hats and were smiling at me. A girl with long white hair skipped over to me and strapped a hat onto my head.

She smiled and took my hand into hers. "Welcome home y/n! Let me introduce you to everyone."

Everyone stood in a line as she walked to the first girl and pointed to her. "This is Alice Tawny! She's a bit lazy so if you ever find an odd sock laying around, it's probably hers." Alice had long brown hair, which turned orange towards the bottom, done in a braid and brown eyes which looked nice on her.

"Hey!" Alice pouts but then smiles at me.

"This is Adrian Vohs and Nick Danin. They are total game heads and will hide away in their 'caves' for days at a time playing. Nick is also kind of shy while Adrian is really outgoing." Nick had shoulder-length black hair and lots of piercing while Adrian had short brown hair that stuck up in odd but neat places. Nick nodded towards me and Adrian smiled and waved as they both held up the banner.

The white haired ice blue eyed girl was about to point at someone else before she gasped and looked at me. "I completely forgot about myself!" She cleared her throat and grasped both of my hands. "I am Jane Kemp at your service! You will find that I am usually the most fun loving one out of the group." She smiled and shook my hands.

She quickly moved down the line again. "This is April Wonder and Sam Hoff. They love picking with each other so if you ever hear arguing or screams its probably them." April had long butt-length dark brown hair and dark brown eyes to match. Sam had long black hair with dark blue streaks tied in a pony tail with dark blue eyes. Neither of them were paying attention since they were both hitting each other, making me laugh slightly.

"This rocker chick is Sage Hoover. She is usually blasting heavy metal or playing her guitar in the basement." Sage smirked and gave me a sweet high five. She had short white hair with a pink spot in it and glowing green eyes.

"This cinnamon roll is Nicole Ariety. She is very sweet but doesn't talk much since she usually has her nose in a book, like now." Nicole looked up from her book when she realized Jane was talking about her. She had really curly blonde and brown hair with hazel colored eyes.

"I'll have you know that I am very interesting to talk to." She smirked at Jane but quickly went back to her book with a blush on her face when she realized I was staring.

"This small child is Max Flight. He is really into photography and art. His work is always amazing!" Max blushes as he rubs the back of his neck.

"Oh come on. They're not that good." He had short light brown hair under a beanie with blue eyes hidden behind black rimmed glasses.

"And last but not least, this here is Charles Paine. He is a real gentleman and very polite." Charles gave a short bow and smiled at me while adjusting his bow tie.

"Pleasure to meet you!" He shook my hand as I studied his features. He had well kept short blonde hair with shiny green eyes.

Once Charles let go of my hand, Adrian and Nick let go of the banner.

"Alright! Let's head to the living room and get this party started!" April cheered and led the way as they all cheered and followed.

'They are so fun!' I quickly followed them while giggling.

The living room was huge. It had a large black 'c' shaped couch that looked like it could fit twenty people and everyone would be comfortable and able to see each other. In front of the couch was a big coffee table with snacks and drinks on it. There was a huge TV hung on the wall right above a fire place.

Charles walked over to me and smiled. "Would you like me to take your bag and store it for you?" I simply nod and he takes the bag from shoulders and disappears upstairs. He came back and I thanked him.

We all sat down on the couch with me in the middle. On my left was April, then Nicole, then Alice, then Sage and lastly Jane. On my right was Max, then Nick, then Charles, then Adrian and lastly Sam.

Nick stood up and Sage quickly followed. They both stood in front of us with smirks on their faces.

Sage placed her hands behind her back and then spoke, "In order to get to know each other I say we play Truth or Dare! That way---"

Sage was cut off by Nick covering her mouth and holding her hands behind her back. "Or we could play Never Have I Ever!"

Sage bit Nick's hand, causing him to let go of her. Nick glared at her and she smirked. They began to push each other around and argue about what to play. When they stopped they looked at each other and nodded.

They both turned to me and spoke at the same time. "Hey newbie, which one should we play?"

Everyone looked at me, waiting peacefully for my answer, making me flinch slightly. "Um. How about we play....."
