I waved goodnight to everyone since I had decided to stay with Alice. Alice held the door for everyone to leave and as soon as the last person was gone she quickly slammed the door. She ran over to me and held my hands while her eyes shined under the fairy lights of her room.

"I don't know about you but there's no way I can sleep!" She giggled and pulled me into a hug. "Ooo, I know!" She dashed over to her nightstand and pulled out a pack of cards. "Think you can stay up to get your ass kicked in some cards?"

I smirked and crossed my arms over my chest, "Oh that's child's play. Bring it!" She giggled mischievously and sat down on a cushion.

"And boom! Another win for me~." I smiled as I showed that my cards equaled twenty-one.

"Pfft, you got lucky." Alice took the cards and began to shuffle again. "Ya know, I'm glad you're here." She smiled sadly.

"Yea I am too. You guys will be like my second family." I rubbed my hands together.

"No, I really mean it. Despite how cool the guys are most of them say I'm too much to deal with at once so," she looked up at me and smiled, "Thank you."
