Hyungwon had finally fallen asleep again, holding onto Minhyuk tightly, making sure he didn't leave again. It was late, and Minhyuk couldn't get to sleep. He just laid there, staring blankly at the darkness, and listening to the soft breathing of Hyungwon.
He shook off the feeling of being troubled, and felt his eye lids slowly drop. Soon enough he was in deep sleep.
----
"Minhyuk. Minhyuk. Hyukie. Daddy."
Minhyuk opened his eyes to see Hyungwon hovering over him.
"What? What's wrong?" Minhyuk asked, rubbing his eyes.
"I'm bored," Hyungwon pouted. "And your phone keeps going off."
Minhyuk's eyes widened and grabbed his phone.
10 missed calls
"Oh no, I got to go Hyungwon," Minhyuk said getting up from the bed. Hyungwon looked sad.
"No, don't leave," Hyungwon whined.
"Meet me at the lake in an hour okay," Minhyuk said giving Hyungwon a quick kiss on his forehead.
Hyungwon just looked at Minhyuk sadly as he left.
~
"What do you mean, we're leaving today?" Minhyuk asked his mom who was hurrying to get things packed.
"Our place has been bought so we have to leave today," his mother replied.
"But I haven't said goodbye yet," Minhyuk said sadly.
"Help me get some stuff into the truck," his mother said, ignoring her son's comment. Minhyuk gave her an angry look, but obeyed his mom and helped her.

Hyungwon was sitting on the dock of the lake, twirling a purple flower in his hand, waiting impatiently for Minhyuk.
It seemed like he was waiting forever, but it was his fault for coming early.
"What are you doing cutie?" Hyungwon heard a voice behind him. He excitedly turned around to see Minhyuk's smiling face.
"Hyukie!" Hyungwon exclaimed, jumping up and hugging the other. "I was starting to get impatient."
"You're always impatient," Minhyuk told him. Hyungwon let go of the hug and pouted.
"That's not nice," Hyungwon said, causing Minhyuk to laugh a little. He grabbed Hyungwon in for another hug. Hyungwon tried to wiggle out but Minhyuk held him tightly.
"Don't," Minhyuk said softly. "Let me hold you for a little while."
Hyungwon stopped wiggling around in Minhyuk's arms and just tightly held onto him.
"I have to tell you something," Minhyuk whispeared. He let go of Hyungwon and looked at the ground. "I'm leaving."
Hyungwon's eyes widened, and his head tilted with confusion.
"What?" Hyungwon asked.
"I'm leaving," Minhyuk repeated. "Today, actually. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you sooner."
Minhyuk could feel the lump in his throat become more irritated and painful, while his eyes glazed over with tears.
"Why do you have to leave?" Hyungwon asked. Minhyuk couldn't look at Hyungwon. He didn't want to see his sad and disappointed face.
