"I'm fine. Although my clothes did get a bit dirty..."

Ye Gui Feng frowns as he wipes away the dirt from his robes before raising his head to look at the skies again. He's afraid of being hit by lightning.

"Let's just get out of here first."

Yao Xie Xian boils with rage. He wants to kill Ye Gui Feng badly and the longer he sees this boy with his daughter the more this rage builds up.

"Good. Very good. You little bastard just you wait! I'll make sure you die in the ugliest manner possible!"

Yao Xie Xian performs a set of incantation gestures and presses the tip of his index and middle finger to his forehead.

A fierce phantom beast forms and comes to life along the path of Ye Gui Feng and Xiao Ju Hong's travel.

It had a two meter length body and the shape resembles that of a panther but its color is gold. The strength of the early stages of the Nascent Soul realm radiates from its body.

"Hm?"

Ye Gui Feng quickly spots the golden panther.

"Hmph scared now aren't you? Quickly turn tail and run so that you can embarr-"

The opposite of what Yao Xie Xian had expected happens. The sight of this panther had excited Ye Gui Feng instead as he makes a charge at it.

Ye Gui Feng hasn't had any beast meat to eat in days and the sight of this panther... It didn't surmount to a living thing. In his eyes it was already food.

With his entire body covered in ghostly spirits and black mist Ye Gui Feng pounces at the panther.

"Ghostly Spirit Body!?"

The amount of ghosts that comes flowing out of Ye Gui Feng puts even Yao Xie Xian in shock.

*Wrawr!!* the massive amount of ghosts converges and fuse into a giant ghostly skull!

The ghostly skull with Ye Gui Feng in it chomps down on the golden panther in one bite!

The golden panther that had been created out of magic instantly vanishes leaving a dumbfounded Ye Gui Feng looking around with the expression of a lost child.

"Eh? What? Where did that panther go?"

Yao Xie Xian sucks in a breath of cold air with tightened fists. As much as he wants to directly make an appearance to kill Ye Gui Feng it would be far too much of a loss of face for him to directly deal with a member of the junior generation.

At the same time Yao Xie Xian didn't want his daughter to look at her own father with hatred for killing this boy that seems to be someone that she cares for.

Towards Ye Gui Feng Yao Xie Xian doesn't trust him as his background is a complete mystery.

"You little bastard let's see you try to dodge this!"

Using his divine senses Yao Xie Xian causes a depression to open up beneath Ye Gui Feng's feet.

"Uh!"

A bottomless pit swallows up Ye Gui Feng but-

"You!!!!"

Fuming with rage upon seeing Ye Gui Feng holding onto a bone whip that had acted as a rope to prevent himself from completely falling into the pit Yao Xie Xian stomps his foot.

"This bastard must know that I'm watching him so he's purposefully using this as a chance to provoke me! Dammit try this!"

Just before Ye Gui Feng can get out of the pit a massive boulder suddenly manifests in the skies and falls upon him.
