"Grrr..."

The Saber Fanged Vajra looks about cautiously. It had walked out of its home from picking up the scent of invaders.

*GRAWR!!!!!* opening its massive mouth that is capable of swallowing a person whole the beast roars loudly sending out a fierce wind.

Behind the boulder Qian Ye and Ye Gui Feng cover their ears with a pained look on their faces.

"..."

Looking about once more the giant tiger moves back into its cave.

"Ah..."

"It's definitely a grade seven."

"It looks quite proud of itself..."

From that single roar Qian Ye can tell that it is at the late stages of the Soul Separation realm. But-

"Seems like it had just given birth. This means that it's been weakened quite a bit. It's the perfect chance to go in and snatch its cubs."

"Ah?"

Qian Ye stands up and her eyes flash with an obsessive gleam. She turns to Ye Gui Feng with a smile.

"Little brother Ye what do you think? Why don't we work together? There's bound to be more than one cub. I'll split the spares with you."

"Oh?"

Ye Gui Feng stands up and eyes the cave while licking his lips. Being able to acquire a beast cub is definitely a stroke of fortune as he can raise it to become his mount later on.

"Sure. How do you want to do this?"

"I'll hold back the mother and you make a run for the cubs."

"Deal."

There was hardly any harm in this role so Ye Gui Feng accepts.

Qian Ye smiles and with Zi Bao behind her she walks towards the cave. From within the cave the eyes of the mother tiger flashes as it leaps out from within.

Qian Ye waves a hand causing a swarm of pale blue butterflies to appear. The butterfly swarm envelops the tiger as it roars in annoyance.

Using this chance Ye Gui Feng runs towards the cave.

*GRAWR!!!!!* the tiger roars as it unleashes an explosive shockwave of lightning from its body causing the white stripes to shine brightly!

This instantly causes the pale blue butterflies to scatter but just as quickly Qian Ye performs a single handed incantation gesture.

This causes the pale blue butterflies to rearrange themselves and form a cage around the tiger while bringing down a pressure that is at the late stages of the Soul Separation realm!

The tiger seeing Ye Gui Feng entering its home anxiously roars as it smashes it head against the butterfly cage!

"She actually has such a high cultivation base?"

Staring back once Ye Gui Feng is quite shocked to discover Qian Ye's cultivation to be that of the Soul Separation realm but he quickly forgets it and run to the end of the cave to discover two tiny black cubs. They didn't look like tiger cubs but rather kittens instead.

"Oh? How cute."

Ye Gui Feng quickly grabs the two sleeping cubs and ran out of the cave.

*GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* the mother tiger suddenly erupts with rage and smashes apart the butterfly cage in one body slam as it bursts out!
