The day arrives for Ye Gui Feng to head outside with Xiao Ju Hong with the company of Yao Xie Xian.

Dressed in a set of long white robes and making sure that he is thoroughly cleaned Ye Gui Feng takes a step outside of the courtyard.

Ye Gui Feng hasn't been outside in far too long and it felt quite refreshing to be able to walk outside for once.

"What? What is he doing down here? Isn't he supposed to be under house arrest?"

Seeing people give way and genuinely showing him respect Ye Gui Feng can't be more pleased with himself as he strolls through the place as the true young master of Mount Zhu Tian.

Ye Gui Feng's posture of raising his chin slightly with a hand behind his back makes him all the more awe inspiring despite his plain looking face.

Arriving at Mount Tongtian that Ye Gui Feng hasn't been on since the day of his arrival servant disciples and guards of the Yao family quickly clasped hands and bowed.

"Nephew Yao Xieshen greets uncle Xie and cousin Xue Hua."

Ye Gui Feng makes his way to the front entrance of Mount Tongtian and formally greets Yao Xie Xian and Xiao Ju Hong with a smile.

Seeing the smile on Ye Gui Feng's face and him calling him uncle makes Yao Xie Xian truly want to give the boy a beating but he forces himself to hold back his rage in front of his daughter.

"Hm? Why are you calling me that? Don't you usually call me Xiao Ju Hong?"

Standing behind Xiao Ju Hong Yao Xie Xian glares viciously with bloodshot eyes at Ye Gui Feng.

Seeing the thin happy smile on Xiao Ju Hong's face Yao Xie Xian endures.

They went down to the city through a teleportation magic array. This is Ye Gui Feng's first time seeing the city beneath this mountain and to his shock this city runs around Mount Tongtian in a ring. This ring spreads out for 2,000 miles.

Everything within this ring is the territory of the Yao family. The closer one lives to Mount Tongtian the richer and higher one's status is. While going further out into the city generally means the opposite.

Within this city there are subordinate clans of the Yao family residing here. One selected child of these clans would be picked to be taken to Mount Tongtian every five years. If they are promising they can be taken to one of the main mountains of the Yao family.

(Goddammit after spending so much time up in the mountains I never realized just how big the Yao family really is! All of this is their territory!?)

Ye Gui Feng can't imagine the wealth of the Yao family for holding so much territory.
