Conversing an hour with Yao Nie Tian Ye Gui Feng walks out of the courtyard and sighs.

"Tch. Ahh why are relationships in a noble family this much of a hassle?"

As the winner of the Core Formation realm competition Ye Gui Feng has a right to enter the first few levels of the Yao family's treasury to pick out a magic treasure.

He had to go get it sooner or later so in the midst of processing all this information Ye Gui Feng decides to go visit the treasury that is on Mount Evil Blood.

Along the way however-

"Hey did you know that Patriarch Nie Tian's mother married someone of the Chi family?"

"What?"

"Everyone's been talking about this."

"Doesn't that mean that You-"

Ye Gui Feng glares at the two servant disciples that are openly conversing about this topic with cold eyes.

"Y-Young Master Xie we-..."

Flicking his sleeves in anger Ye Gui Feng continues on his way while maintaining a look of coldness.

It wasn't so bad when Ye Gui Feng had been on Mount Zhu Tian but upon making it to Mount Evil Blood it only got worse.

As Ye Gui Feng didn't have as much authority here there was really nothing he could do to shut the mouths of those that are openly talking about Yao Nie Tian.

Though Ye Gui Feng didn't mind being cursed at or spoken bad of he did mind people talking bad about Yao Nie Tian.

Beneath the long sleeves of his robe Ye Gui Feng's knuckles turn white as he clenches his fists tightly while enduring. Streaks of blood bleed out from his nails digging into the flesh.

"Hmph Yao Xieshen you bastard."

"..."

Maintaining his cold expression Ye Gui Feng runs into Yao Chen Zi who stands right outside of the treasury house. The house itself is located on top of a tall set of stairs.

By Yao Chen Zi's side are five other clansmen and Yao Gong Bao is included in their ranks.

"It looks like senior cousin Chen is going to finish off what he started with that Yao Xieshen in the competition."

"This should be entertaining."

"That Yao Xieshen has the blood of the Chi family as well."

"If he gets killed I doubt any of the other patriarchs would care."

Seeing trouble and tension brewing clansmen and servant disciples gather around to watch.

The area is quite spacious and Yao Chen Zi had been standing around here for a while now. He had a feeling that if he continues to wait here Ye Gui Feng will show up eventually.

"Yao Chen Gǒu (狗 Translation: Dog), a good dog doesn't block a person's path. Now move it."

Being so openly insulted Yao Chen Zi pops a vein as he takes a step forward and approach closer to Ye Gui Feng.

"Yo-"

"Your dog mouth stinks like hell so back off."

Without even letting Yao Chen Zi open his mouth to speak Ye Gui Feng continues with another insult.

Ye Gui Feng who's ears had picked up all kinds of slanders towards Yao Nie Tian and himself on the way here had been enduring and suppressing his rage. He truly didn't have the patience to deal with Yao Chen Zi anymore.
