Megans POV:
"No we didnt Just say calm." Justin said
" Im calling 911" Scooter said
"Will they believe you?" Yael commented.
I kept walking and walking and reached the back of a random house that had a backyard. There was a small playground with swings. And a child was sitting on the swings.
"Whos that?"
"Oh my god, please tell me thats not a ghost" Justin said
"Stop scaring me." I said walking over to the kid. As I got up close I realized it was Cody.
"OH MY GOD! CODY! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? WE'VE BEEN SEARCHING ALL OVER FOR YOU! HOW DID YOU GO BY YOURSELF?" I yelled in panick but in a low voice so I wouldnt scare him
"A perwetty lady brought me here. She gave me lots candy" he said
I stepped back, not balancing on my feet.
"Oh my god, are you hurt? Who was she? Do you know her?" Justin asked checking out Cody for any injuries
"No, she was really prewty like mommy, she had big eyes and red lips. She shaid if I follow her she would give me shome candy" he explained
"Oh my god.. he couldve been kidnapped.." I said feeling a heart attack coming on.
"Dont worry hes in our hands now..." Justin said
"We need to find out he had him" Yael said
Then the police sirens came.
"Wow they believed you huh" Yael said to Scooter
"Im Scooter Braun." he said chuckling.
I tried to ignore them and went over to the police.
"We found the child, he wasnt injured or anything but something must have happened officer" I said.
"Well lets get the kid to the hospital for some checkup and go to the police station to find the kidnapper" the officer said calmly.
"Be glad to" I said
We drove in the police car dropping of Scooter and Yael and driving our car to the hospital.
After we checked up Cody we waited for a while. "Well your son is in good condition actually, doesnt have anything in his system. But there was something- he had some cigarette smokes in his lungs"
"What?"
"So the person who took him must have smoked" the officer said
"Yes. But the person who smoked didnt smoke a lot... otherwise this child would have bad lungs.." the doctor said
"ight thank you. " the officer said "Well think I have some evidence here" he said again.
"What would that be?"
"The person who smoked is a women because of the amount she smoked cigars"
"Well we already knew that because my son said a pretty lady took him" I cleared
"Oh well lets get more information at the station"

"Okay Cody tell us what you remember" I said again
"She had bown long hair but later seemed to be gone. She had big red lips, and big eyes" he said giving us a bit more detail.
"Brown long hair but seemed to be gone... the person must have put her hair up in a ponytail or something" I said
