Magical kits that pop out of no where. Have a mate? Kits. Forbidden love? Kits. Known each other for one day? Kits.
* OK yeah, this is valid. Not every pair needs kits. There's plenty of real world couples that feel no desire for children. It can be because of their own traumas, that their not ready to be parents, they physically/medically can't have children, their careers discourage it, or they're just not interested, plain and simple. There can be cases where one cat wants kits and another cat volunteers to carry them, but that's not a romantic couple.
Also, c'mon, it's just immersion-breaking for a cat to be pregnant and no one else knowing. I say we bring back the unspoken rule where queens don't need to say who the father is.
