The villain always disagrees with the MC with everything.
They are more cruel, evil, greedy and ambitious than the others, always having a negative trait as their main.
* This isn't that bad. Villains and heros should be foils of each other in some regard. This difference in morality can come from things like ambition, greed, and lack of compassion. However, I always recommend having similarities between your MC and the antagonists. This can include similarities in personality, morality, upbringing, etc. By having similarities between them, you highlight their differences more clearly.
If they are similar, what are the specific traits that makes one "evil" and one "good"? If two characters have the same childhoods, what choices does one character make that sets them apart from the other?
There's nothing wrong with diametrically opposed characters, but similarities can make for more interesting foils.
