Okay, don't have every cat have the suffix: fur, pelt, tail, heart
And having the suffix 'claw' doesn't mean the character is a villain,* There's absolutely nothing wrong with using these suffixes, sometimes they're even needed when you're whipping out -song and -mask and -strike (I speak from experience). Some ""traditional"" suffixes I'm fond of include -tail, -fang, -tooth, and -whisker. But at the same time, don't be afraid to be experimental with your names. My favourite thing in the world is taking prefixes and suffixes and switching them around (to me, there is always joy seeing something like "sand" or "thrush" as a suffix).
