I ruffled my hair as I looked around the place. There were exactly 15 men surrounding me right now. Each of them was holding a weapon—knives, guns and anything that could make you bleed.
Walang mababakas na kahit anong emosyon sa mga mata ko. Saglit na napataas ang kaliwang kilay ko ng mapansin ang mga taong nakapalibot sa akin. Marami yata akong makakalaban ngayon.
I sighed.
Tinignan ko sila isa-isa. Nakita kong nangilabot ang ilan sa kanila dahilan upang saglit na umangat ang kanang bahagi ng labi ko. Nang mapansin nilang nakatingin ako ay agad din nila itong itinago.
Cowards. I muttered under my breath.
Then suddenly, I heard a slow clap which echoed throughout the old building. My eyes scanned the area until it landed on the elevated part of the place and on someone's eyes.
There, I saw a guy wearing a white mask.
"So, that infamous girl that they're talking is here? Finally." His baritone voice filled my ears as he looked at me.through his mask. My eyes wandered through his covered face. Who the hell is this guy?
Maybe he was just another piece of shit. I cocked my head on the side and smirked before finally looking straight in his eyes.
"Yes." I answered devilishly.
