Ava scanned their hands on a scanner which allowed them to go into the restaurant and into the door to all the hotel rooms. Sara paid. Ava pressed her hand onto the scanner. A green light pulsed and she opened the door. The rooms were spectacular.
Abigail opened the first room. It had a double bed, with golden sheets. A sturdy, white plastic and silver metal table stood in the corner with a matching light. It had an armchair which could spin all the way around and was gold. And had golden curtains. Sara had booked two rooms so there was a debate who would sleep with who.
Lokeyia and Magda ended up together and Abigail and Sara ended up together. After they dropped to their rooms, the four friends and Ava headed down to eat. All the food was wonderful!
"Yum yum... this food is GREAT!" Magda exclaimed. Ava frowned.
"I thought Asteria has good food." she said.
"Not nearly as good as this!" Magda said, splattering food everywhere.
Ava ducked under the table Abigail hid her head, pretending to vomit and clamping her nose.
"Don't eat too much of it or you'll never be able to climb a tree again." Lokeyia said, serenely.
"Trees? Why would you ever need to climb a tree?!" Ava asked, confused.
"Oh Ava, yeah it's just that Alicia has just learnt how to climb a tree and is excited to learn more in Merope." Abigail quickly made up a story. Thankfully Lokeyia said nothing.
"Oh if that's it." Ava said brightly. "I need to go to the bathroom."
"I will go too." Abigail said. They both stood up and left.
"Righty we need to devise a plan. We only get three days in Merope. How about Lokeyia and I go to the North record library and Magda and Abigail go to the West prison." Sara thought in a whisper.
"Yes. I'll go with Gail." Magda whispered back.
To Sara's and Magda's surprise, Lokeyia pulled two things out of her bag. They were black face masks. Lokeyia handed them to Magda.
"You'll need them for sure."
Abigail and Ava returned. Back in Sara's and Abigail's room, Lokeyia, Magda and Sara went back over the plan. It was agreed on. Just then, there was a quiet rap on the door.
"That's Ava. Dinner time."
