Abigail spotted that too. Her blood went cold. Her heart beat grew even faster than when she and Noctus were running from the Tarabians. She saw a picture of her own face, wild eyed and she was yelling something. Was she helping her friends? Taunting the guards? Yelling out in fear?
Under her photo were the words;

She put on the mask Lokeyia stole and tore down all four signs and put them in her bag. Abigail was shaken. June, Sara’s mother was dead. Killed by the Meropians.
“Should we show Sara?” Abigail asked.
“We've got to. We can't lie to her. Better she finds out now before she finds out for herself and gets all shocked and horrified. I'll show this to her.” Magda waved the poster of Sara.
All plans of breaking into the prison were not possible. Abigail and Magda ran back. They met Sara in the hotel restaurant. When Abigail saw her, guilt surged over her so strongly that she was ready to throw up. Abigail stumbled over.
“Everything all right there, Gail?” Sara asked. Abigail avoided her eyes.Magda looked suspiciously at the guards sitting on a nearby table. She slowly drew Sara’s poster out of her bag. Sara read it. Her lips turned a tinge of blue from horror. Silent tears poured from her eyes. A waitress offered her a tissue. Sara took it and buried her face in it. The guards now looked very suspicious and had stopped talking and looking at Sara.
Sara headed to her room. Three hours later she came down, red eyed.
“That fool, the mayor of Merope. He could of given her a chance. At least.” Sara started calling the Meropians’ mayor every foul name she could think of.Suddenly a guard drifted over.
“Hey girls. Interesting talk. May I listen in too?”
