--Lunch--
"Looks like Salex and Menry are going to New York once again," Maya giggles.
"With another love triangle to solve," I sigh.
"But right now all we know is that Claim is endgame," Henry chimes in.
"Looks like we're gonna do something bad. But it's gonna feel so good," I try to make a Taylor Swift pun.
"Flashbacks to Sab and Corey's video in the car," Maya laughs.
"YESS," I cheer.
"And looks like they're endgame," Henry frowns, showing us a picture.
Tie the knot? Oml, Sarah.
"Looks like they are together--endgame," Maya develops a frown.
BUZZ--
Sabrina: Sara, Corey & I are only friends
Me: friends with benefits apparently
Sabrina: more like best friends with the best platonic relationship
Me: whatever u say
"Corbrina is only platonic, according to Sab," I inform them.
"But seriously, even her sister ships it," Maya sighs.
"Whatever," I scoff. "Only we know now not to believe the rumors.."
"They spread like wildfire, you know?" Maya adds a pun.
"Yup, and looks we're taking a little detour to New York City," Henry throws another pun.
Maya, Henry, and I exchange smiles.
--Afterschool at Starbucks--
"A vanilla bean frap," Maya orders.
"I'll have a kit kat frap," Henry requests.
"One Caramel frap," I finish the order list.
The barista nods, as she goes in the back to prepare the drinks.
I feel a tap on my shoulder.
Alex.
"Hey, Mar," I greet him with a smile.
"Hey, Sari," he smiles at me, as he smiles at Menry also.
"We'll get the drinks, Sara. You can talk to Alex..alone," Maya assures me.
I roll my eyes playfully, as Alex takes me to the bay window in the back.
"Wait...so have you decided..?" I ask him, looking into his eyes.
He nods," I've decided..to go."
He looked serious.
I develop a frown,"..oh, well--"
"Sari," he chuckles," I thought you'd know me better than that.."
"You looked so serious, Pablo," I giggle.
"I was on Royal Crush--I've acted before, Millie," Alex chuckles.
"Of course, my mistake, Youtube. But it's all your fault," I cross my arms.
