Stop scaring us

Colin's POV

I can hear Michelle crying uncontrollably.

"I want the doctor in here now" Obama demands.

"What the hell?" Tristan says pissed.

"Why didn't they warn us?" Austin said choking up.

I got up and made my way to Rory. It was not a sight I thought I would see. She was on a breathing machine with tubes everywhere. She was so pale and I can see she was on a IV and blood transfusions.

The others make their way towards the bed also. I can hear her heart monitor it gives me some peace but not much. I need to see those beautiful blue eyes and talk to her.

While I'm lost in my thoughts I hear the doctor come in.

"Why wasn't I informed of her being on a breathing machine?" He yelled angrily.

"Sir, she was having issues breathing and we thought it would be best to keep her on it until she wakes up. I'm sorry sir." The doctor said.

"How long til my daughter will wake up?" Michelle asks.

"She could wake up anytime now or a few hours it's all up to her." The doctor says. The doctor leaves and I just shake my head as I grab her hand and start rubbing her knuckles. I move closer to her so I can whisper in her ear.

"Baby please wake up, we need you. I need you. I have loved you for years come back to me." I say as the tears starts running down my cheeks.

"You really love her don't you?" Michelle asks.

"Yes I've loved her since Yale but out of respect of my friendship and she was happy I stayed out of the way."I say.

We all talk waiting patiently for Rory to wake up, I never lose contact with her so she knows that I'm here.

Rory's POV

"Where am I?" I ask as I look around I'm in a dark room. I can hear voices, I see some men near me.

Oh god. I'm back.

"We need to get out, we need to escape" one man says.

"I don't know how but we need a plan" another one says.

"Listen it doesn't sound like there is many men out there. So when they come for me I'll take them out somehow and come back and get you." I say.

"Yeah right" one guy says snidely.

"Don't underestimate her, she's a great fighter." The man says.

"Thanks Ben" I say.

"Hey you've saved my bacon on more than one occasion." Ben said. Before he can continue the men came in.

The next thing I know I'm wide awake and I can hear machines around me along with people. I feel someone holding my hand and I squeeze and look to where it is.

"Ror?" Colin asks.

"Austin get the doctor now" Tristan orders.

I see Austin rush out and soon the doctor comes in and takes the breathing tube out. I cough a little and they give me some water.

"Rory how are you feeling?" The doctor asks.

"Sore what happened?" I ask confused.

"Your sutures ruptured and during surgery you had breathing issues so we put you on the ventilator for the time being. We wanted to wait to take you off of it until you woke up." The doctor says.

"Stop scaring me like that" Mom says to me.

"Mom it's not as bad as it was four years ago" I say smirking.

"Oh god don't remind me I've never been more scared in my life" Michelle says. I look around the room and see my whole unit here.

"Ben" I say softly

" I'm here baby girl" Ben says making his way towards me.

"I had that dream again" I say with tears and my team moves towards me.

"Mare not here." Tristan says.

"They don't need to know" Austin adds.

"I know, I  haven't had that dream in forever but now I am." I say sadly with tears.

"What are you talking about?" Dad asks.

"Dad you don't need to know right now, one day I might tell you. You know some of the details of what happened but not all Dad." I say.

"Why don't I know all the details?" he asks.

"With all due respect sir the higher command thought you shouldn't know. They wanted to protect you and her from what happened. I wasn't there only Ben and Austin and a few other guys but they've told me what happened. Trust me right now in her condition you don't want to know or think about it." Tristan said adamantly.

" Was is that bad?" Michelle asks.

"Mom it was really bad, I did what I had to do to save my men and I would do it again." I say.

" Is this when you were gone for a few months and we were told you were on a mission?" dad asks, Tristan looks at me and I nod.

"Sir she wasn't on a mission." Tristan started but was interrupted.

"What?" Everyone yells.

"Rory, Ben and I were in the hospital" Austin answered.

"Her injuries were worse than ours, we won't go into details right now about exactly what they were." Ben said as Tristan grabbed my hand.

"I was in a coma for two weeks" I say.

"Ok baby let's drop this, I can tell it's upsetting you but one day you need to tell us what happened." Michelle says.

" I know, I will tell you" I say. I look over at Robert, Finn, Colin and Logan.

"You guys Alright?" I ask them.

"No we're shocked you went through any of this." Logan says. I wave to my dad and ask him if I can tell them and he nods saying I can.

" So Logan, how's Mark doing?" I ask him.

"Mare?" Tristan says in a warning like tone.

"Tris I know what I'm doing. Don't worry ok." I say and he nods.

"How do you know about Mark?" Logan asks perplexed.

Logan is going to be in a shock of a lifetime. Hell they all will when they find out the truth.
