Chapter 4

I couldn’t move my lips or make a sound because I find myself scared. My body was frozen.

As a daily routine I look at the letter that I received most likely earlier in the day from my locker.

I wonder why MinHee didn’t went to see you yesterday like he promised. Maybe because he’s with me. Or maybe I’m just mad that you met up with another guy than me. If anything happens to him it’ll be your fault.

Did this guy kidnapped MinHee or even worst killed him?

I shook my head of the thought. Who is this guy? MinHee isn’t even at school today.

Now I feel like I want to cry.

“Hey Seohyun, your brother is here.” Eva said.

I nod as I gave her a fake smile.

“Did you get another note?” She asks. At this point I can’t tell her about the note. No way. She’ll freak out and tell my family or worst, the police.

I know I may be stupid for not telling anyone about this mysterious guy but the thing is he isn’t doing anything to harm me. He just gives me these notes and I’m not even sure whether or not they’re true or not.

“No, I didn’t get a note.” I lied. “By the way,” I then say changing subject. “Did you see MinHee?”

Eva smirks. “Why? You miss him? But anyway, I don’t know actually. MinHee’s friend said he’s having a fever.” Eva then shrugs.

I feel relieved. So he’s just having a fever.

“I have to go home now. I don’t want my brother to nag me.” I said and bid her goodbye.

I get inside my brother’s car and soon as I got inside I see Hoseok is here as well but sleeping.

“Ignore him.” Hanuel said grumpily and I then begin to wonder why Hanuel always seems to be mad at Hoseok.

(Insert smiling face) ***

“What!?” I yelled.

“Calm down. You are overreacting. It’s not a big deal.” Hanuel said. I then sigh.

“I really don’t understand how you can be alright with someone staying here. I’m a girl and I don’t know what your friend can do.” I said as I cross my arms over my chest.

“Well, I know Hoseok is not a very good guy but he’s still my best friend. Look, he’ll just stay here for awhile and everything will be okay. I will make sure he mind his own business and never disturbs you.” Hanuel said.

“Fine,” Its not like I know Hoseok. But like I said before, I just know him as my brother’s friend. We never spoke. And when Hanuel said he isn’t a very good guy it made me begin to worry. But maybe he isn’t a bad person that I ought make him to be?

Hanuel just told me that Hoseok wants to stay here with us for awhile since my parents aren’t around and I don’t really know why. Hoseok obviously has his own apartment.

JinWoo just shrug at this. “I like Hoseok Hyung. He is kind to me.”

I roll my eyes. I’m the only girl. This is great.
