I had an awesome tour guide and the whole tour of the school was not as boring as I expected to be, Ashlynn turned out to be really affable, and a very funny individual, and she liked to laugh a lot too, she left hilarious comments on every place we explored and made jokes about it, she insisted on introducing me to some of her friends as we went to meet them in the cafeteria.

"Guys," Ash called out, "Toni, William, Elly, this is Andrea, transfer student," She said cheerfully, "And, Ann this is Toni, he's gay, a piece of advice, do not spend too much time with him or you will never find yourself a boyfriend." Ash winked at me as we all laughed, "And this one is William, the athlete." I looked at William and smiled at him, "And this one is Elly." I shook hands with Elly.

"You're pretty." Toni commented on me, clearly observing me from my head to toe, "She is, right?" Ash added, "She caught my eyes the very moment she walks inside, you should have seen Kaycee and Rosie's reaction." She laughed. I did not know who Kaycee and Rosy were, but what I know for sure was that, I was lucky to meet Ashlynn. I know I only met her a few hours ago but I already like her so much.

"Shoot guys, have you seen Alex this morning?" Elly asked, sounding enthusiastic.

"No, no, what happened?" Toni asked eagerly. "Spill it already." He demanded. And I could notice his excitement about the topic.

"Alex is Toni's undying crush since junior high." Ash whispered to me, "Along with Levi, Alex's mate." I nodded and we laughed.

"He wore that khaki top and he look-" Before Elly could finished her sentence, Toni cut her off, "Don't you dare finish that sentence." He sighed, "I haven't seen him yet." He wailed.

"Utterly and annoyingly dashing." Elly threw the words at Toni's face, teasing him. You should have seen Toni's cold stare, and Elly's satisfying smirk.

They kept on talking about these boys, and I took the chance to eat my lunch peacefully since I don't know who they were talking about. I noticed they teased Ash with the name of Simon.

"It's time to grow up Ash, Simon is never going to like you." Said Toni.

"Alex is never going to notice you either." Ash jerked back and they kept on fighting, William kept quiet most of the times, and excused himself by saying that he got something to do and left us.

"Don't feel bad about that," Elly said to me, "He's normally like that, doesn't talk much with strangers but you will get along in a week or so, no worries." She smiled.

"Yes, that's fine, I totally get him." I stated with no hard feelings.

"So, anyway Andrea why do I have the feeling that-" Toni hesitated to finish his sentence and eyed me, "Feeling what?" I asked, confused.

"Maybe it's because you're pretty." He nodded to himself.

"What?" I got more confused. "I have this uneasy feeling that either Alex or his mates are going to hit on you."

Elly laughed, "You mean, more like Levi, you can't deny the fact that Levi likes to toy with new girls."

"I know." Toni shouted, "You don't have to remind me." He sighed, "And our dear new friend right here is smoking hot, exactly his type." Toni and Elly looked at me.

"Guys, you are making her uncomfortable. Stop it." Ash chided them. "Don't spoil the fun here now, we're just gossiping." Toni stated, "However, Andrea, I bet you still have no idea who we are talking about, yes? Even if Ashlynn did tell you about them allusively, she would probably only talk about Simon, no doubt."

"She didn't even say anything about this so-called Simon either." I breathed.

"There were no time guys, we were busy roaming around." Ash said putting down the water which she just drunk.

"Well now, I shall tell you about them." Toni smirked at me. I arranged myself to face Toni more clearly and listened to what he was about to say. "Alex, Levi and Simon, are like the demi-gods of this school, you don't want to get into their bad side, I assure you. But since you're a girl, you don't really have to worry about that, they don't hurt girls physically, but they did hurt them emotionally though." He said, "Oh I wish they would have hurt me emotionally too."

We all laughed unnoticeably. "Levi practically like new girls, so be careful, we don't want you to get that little heart of yours broken, do we now?"

"I assure you, he will never have the chance to do so. I am not giving him one." I winked. Something about Toni made me felt relaxed and good, I could tell he was one good spirit to spent times with, Mum would adore him.

"We'll see." Toni said confidently. "So, Andrea?"

I smiled at him. "Yes Toni?"

"Tell us about you." He said seductively as if he was seducing me, Elly and Ash laughed and I joined them. "What about me?" I play pretend.

"Such as, do you have a boyfriend?"

"A boyfriend?"

"Shit, you do have. That was why you're so sure Levi is not going to break your heart, ah because there is someone in your heart already."

Ashlynn, Toni, Elly, they were all alike, we just met today and I felt like I had already befriended with them for ages, though I hope William would come around soon.

"Wait, is it true? You have a boyfriend? Even if you do, I would not be surprised at all, I mean look at you, girl." Ash said pouting.

"Ashlynn, stop." I laughed, "And, no, I don't do boyfriends." I answered.

"Does that mean you do girlfriends?" Asked Elly, "No, I don't do girlfriends either."

"Then what do you do?" Toni asked me sarcastically, I thought about it for a split second and answered, "I do books."

Toni looked at me for a moment with blank expression and then suddenly cachinnated. "God, this girl is so funny, I like her." He looked at Ash, "Where did you found her? You should give her to me."

"In my class, obviously." Ash answered.

"Are you sure Toni?" Elly teased him, "If Alex or others hit on her, won't you be jealous, eh?"

"NO!" Toni said firmly, "I already like her more than I like them."

"Besides you have so many other crushes to be crazy about." Ashlynn added.
"Yes, my girl, life is too short to be crazy for just limited number of people." He stated proudly.

I cannot deny the fact that I had a better time than I had expected yesterday or the day before, I never thought I would enjoy lunch recess, never even thought I would not get bored in History class, my friends from my hometown would be completely thrilled to hear that I did not fell asleep in History class.

The rest of the classes went by with laughter and gossip, I was not interested in meeting any other new people, and spent the rest of the other afternoon with Toni since we had our classes together, it was fun to passed times with him.

The last bell rang and we excitedly got up and walked down the hallway.

"How was your first day, Andrea?"

I looked back to find who talking to me, turned out it was Sir Philip. He almost looked like a student in the busy crowds.

"Better than expected." I answered smiling.
