Have you ever met a man who drove that ridiculously gorgeous car? Live in a big luxury house? The one with the powerful dad? I have met that kind of man, moreover, he was standing right beside me as we both stood in front of their humble abode. Even their gate looks heavenly.

He passed his car keys to one man who was standing by the gate as the other man opened the gate for us, he bowed as we walked in, "Welcome home, young master." Announced he.

I looked around my environment and I was gobsmacked. The yard was fairly large with a pond right in front of the house surrounded by a flower, there was a basketball court at the right side, thus making it perfect for a Sunday beer in the yard or a competitive weekend basketball match with mates.

I noticed at least 5 guards outside, they were doing whatever they were doing before we got there, but as soon as we walked in, they halted immediately and as Alex and I walked passed them, they bowed. I noticed the gardener who was dressed poorly than the guards, well, he did not wear a form like others, he wore some old ragged clothes, and his pants were a bit torn, he was smiling at me as we walked in. And I must say, that was one of the kindest smiles I had ever came across in my entire life.

The door was big enough to accommodate a family of giraffes. The door was flung open and Alex walked in, the big and beautiful yard was still in my head, I turned and gazed at the pond one last time before I stepped in.

Little did I know, what awaits me inside was the biggest, most beautiful place I have ever put my foot upon. It looks like a castle, the first thing that caught my eye was the big, sparkling chandelier which was hung at the middle of the ceiling, believe me, I was almost afraid my eyes would bleed from the brightly spark of the chandelier alone.

I was looking around the whole time, I kind of wish I was here to do nothing but explore. I was looking at the perfect looking wall when I felt Alex's hand on my wrist. He pulled me with him as I was seriously lost inside, there were so many rooms and I could not remember anywhere we go, it was as if the hallway would never stop.

I seriously doubted for a mere moment that people actually lived in this kind of house, well Alex fucking did live in this house. I swear, this brat didn't know what he was blessed with. How the majority of the population would do anything required to be blessed with even half of the blessings showered upon him.

I saw one man bowing at us as we stood in front of a big room. He looked like an old Hollywood producer, there was something about his face that made him look so intelligent, he squinted at me, and look back at Alex, "She is not yet home, sir." He stated as he opened the big door.

I bet that room had the best view ever, you could literally just spend your entire day there, reading beside that view. How heavenly would that be? Only if one would unravel the magic of reading.

He pulled me with him everywhere he goes, and now if I was to go to the front door again, I would be seriously lost.

"I put her in your hands then." Alex said to the old man as he bowed at him, "Very well, sir." Then Alex let go of my wrist as I was looking at him confused, where was he trying to go? What was I supposed to do in this ridiculous big house of his?

"Where are you going?" I asked him, I somehow don't want him to leave.

"You are in good hands." He patted my shoulder and assured me, then he left.

I stood there watching him as he left the room, I sighed, why do I feel like what's about to happen is a big task?

"Miss Devona?" That old looking intelligent man called me, "Yes?" I quickly answered.

"Pardon my late introduction, Percival Adams, at your service." I nodded, "Hi, Mr. Adams." I offered him my hands for a handshake and he looked rather surprised, but he took it.

"Now if you will follow me." He led the way as I followed him behind like a lost puppy. Every parts of the house astound me, how is it that every nook and corner is as elegant as heaven, well I don't even know what heaven look like, but I bet it could not be very different from what I was currently exploring. Exactly how much money must they spent for this entire thing? I love big numbers and calculating every little thing is like a habit of mine, but now calculating was not even in a spit of my mind. I was more and more flabbergasted as we continued to walk.

"May I ask a question, Mr. Adams?" I swallowed my saliva.

"Yes, you may, Miss." He answered without looking at me, he was quite busy leading the way.

"Where are you bringing me?" I asked, curiosity took over me.

"You'll find out soon, young Miss." He chuckled, "We were quite surprised ourselves on hearing upon such news as our young master bringing home a girl." He laughed to himself, "You're the first."

"Wait, you mean, I am the first girl Alex brought home?" I asked as he nodded, "Right, Miss."

Wow, seriously? He had this kind of ridiculous big house, and I was the first girl he brought home? This man never ceased to amazed me, I knew that The Bilimoria were rich, filthy rich, but this is beyond my imagination.

"How rich are these people?" I thought to myself.

I heard Mr. Adams laughed as I shifted my gaze to him, "They are old money, miss, old money." He laughed.

"What?" I asked as I could not quite figure out what he said as I realized I just said the thoughts out loud, which I was supposed to keep to myself. "Did I just say that out loud?" I asked, kind of embarrassed.

"It's alright, miss, alright here we are." He opened a red door, as I peeped inside, I saw a... spa room?

I looked at Mr. Adams, confused. "What's this?"

"Please step inside, Miss, these young ladies will take care of you." He stated as I look at the young ladies inside who smiled at me brightly. I smiled at them awkwardly and look back at Mr. Adams, he used an arm gesture as a way to tell me to go inside.
