"Just another La devotee." I end the song next to my boyfriend, Dallon. Of course the fans didn't know that yet. But today shall be the day they find out. "Aw. This is one of the best audiences I've ever had!" I pant into the microphone. "But at the moment I want to sing another unplanned song for a really special person in my life. My boyfriend." I left the audience hanging without the name and them looking confused. I hear people yell out things like. 'What about Sarah?' and 'Please be with Ryan again.' Uhh, no.
"Sarah is my stage wife. And now I would like to dedicate a song to the person whose name I will add somewhere in the song for y'all to pick out." I put the microphone onto the stand and motion for Kenny to start the song.
"He was the congregations vagrant with an unrequited love. But when your passions exaltation then finding refuge is not enough." I start, looking over my shoulder at Dallon, slightly smirking and winking at the tall boy.
"She was the youngest of the family and the last to be let go. But they decided that they would try and make it on their own. Oh memories, where'd you go. You were all I've every known. Oh how I miss yesterday. And how I let it fade away. Where'd you go." I sang. "When July became December, their affection fought the cold. But they couldn't quite remember what inspired them to go. And it was beautifully depressing like a 'street car named desire.' They were fighting for their love. It started growing tired. Oh memories, where'd you go. You were all I've ever known. Oh how I miss yesterday. And how I let them fade away. Dallon don't fade away."
"When money lost momentum, And the bills were piling high. Then the smile had finally faded, From the apple of their eye. They were young and independent,And they thought they had it planned. Should have known right from the start You can't predict the end. Oh memories, Where'd you go? You were all I've ever known! How I miss yesterday! And how I'd let it fade away? Oh memories! Where'd you go? You were all I've ever known! How I miss yesterday!How I'd let it fade away? Don't fade away. " I finish before moving over to Dallon who was smiling sweetly at me. "I love you Dallon. I love you always."
"I love you too babe." He smiles, pressing his lips against mine and wrapping his arms around my waist, as I do but around his neck.
