the next day, the reviews appear. dan is too worried to read any,

"they're all rated 5 stars, Dan! it's a hit!" you're the most popular show in the west end as of now!" phil shows him, all the reviews are rated 5 stars. all of them.
"are you kidding me?" dans eyes start watering.
"this is so fantastic! I'm so proud of you, dan!" phil picks dan up from his seat at the dining table and spins him around, they both squeal and giggle.
phil has decided he will stay with dan one a week during the show and pick him up every night on the way back from work. a work car picks dan up and drives him to the back exit where he heads in quickly and signs in.
"Have you read the reviews?!" Seth rushes up to him with a magazine, the front cover is of dan and the cast performing waving through a window. its tagged 'Dear Evan Hansen UK Wins over our hearts'
"w-what does it say?" dan asks, Seth hands him the magazine, and flips it to the middle of it. they both start walking towards their rooms whilst dan reads

"this is so great isn't it!" Seth says, he takes the magazine back and starts ripping the front cover off.
"what are you doing?" dan asks, Seth grabs some blue-tack from his room and sticks the cover on the wall.
"the more we get, the more we can fill this hallway" Seth smiles. dan giggles.
once dan is in full costume he starts looking for everyone else. who they've all seemed to disappear..
"Seth? where is everyone?" dan calls out into the hallway. no reply. he wonders down into the largest dressing room where he hears faint music. when he opens the door he gets blasted with a remix of 'Rather Be' by clean bandit and balloons everywhere. when they all see him they cheer loudly
"w-whats all this?"dan asks
"CONGRATS DAN!" they all cheer at him, dan laughs
"Congrats to all of you too! is this out before party?"
"yeah I guess so" Seth laughs. dan closes the door behind him and they all start dancing, singing and laughing loudly.
"WHEN I AM WITH YOU THERES NO PLACE ID RATHER BE!" they all yell.
once his show was over dan got changed and headed to the back door, they're doing signing tonight.
"you should come out last" Seth laughs,
"pfft like theres that many people out there" dan laughs back, he opens the door and there is mass amounts of screaming and flashes.
"okay now I see what you mean" dan laughs when Seth comes up behind him. dan takes probably ten thousand selfies and signs even more playbills, but its all worth it. once he finishes he sports phil and walks over to him
"Hey there handsome" dan jokes.
"Hey there cutie" phil jokes. they quickly hop in the car and start driving home
"how was the show?" phil asks
"it was good, we had a dance party before it started, but I'm just really tired" dan giggles and phil laughs.
"but I've missed you most of all" dan says quietly
"hmm.. what part?.." phil smirks.
when they arrive home, dan can't get his hands off of phil. kissing him and clinging onto him. when they get inside they can't even make it to the bedroom. phil pushes dan up against the door of the apartment and kisses into him deeply. they giggle like little kids
"you've grown a little" phil points out, dan notices he and Phil are almost the same height, dan just half a head shorter.
"maybe you've shrunk" dan jokes
"oh shut up" Phil laughs, attacking his lips again, both of them are ripping off clothing like wrapping paper at Christmas.
"ngg- Phil, phil guess what" dan breathes out heavily
"what?" phil pants
"I-i'm nominated for an- ah! award! I-in September!" dan moans as Phil stats sucking into his neck, he pulls off and smiles wide
"are you serious?!" phil asks, dan nods and grins.
"great excuse to have celebratory sex" phil jokes, quickly picking dan up and carrying dan to the bedroom, laying him on the bed and closing the curtains around them.
they won't be sleeping tonight.
