After every show of the week, dan speeds off before anyone can catch him. Every day phil comes to pick him up and drives them both to the wedding planers office. its definitely more lengthy than what dan had expected but no mater what its still worth it.
"I had no idea that a bouquet could have Suculents in them! That's such a good idea!" Phil giggles as they get out of the car and head up to their apartment in the elevator.
"Have you decided what colour you're going with?" Dan asks, leaning his head on Phil's shoulder. Phil hums happily
"Yep" he says shortly. Dan looks at him with a unimpressed expression, making phil laugh hysterically
"it's baby blue" Phil reveals, dan gasps and giggles
"Yes! Oh thank you!" Dan hugs phil tightly and kissing his cheek. The doors of the elevator open and they unlock their door, heading in and walking out to the lounge where spreads of printed pages, planers and samples of fabrics and flowers.
Phil places the new plans down with the rest, the bouquet is now ordered along with matching centrepieces. They've decided on a church wedding, it's a modern looking one with an all white theme, and the best part is, that the owner supports the marriage.
Though every is still being planned, they only have 2 months left till the date and invites have been sent to everyone, with 45 guests already giving RSVP to it, some including.... well mostly, the Dear Evan Hansen family from Uk and US, and Laura Drayfuss is still freaking out about it.
"Have you heard back from the tailor yet?" Dan asks, Phil nods
"Just today. they said they can get both done in under a month, we just have to give them the designs" both boys have designed their suits for the wedding, dan going a little over the top, but yet, it's Dan's style. The themed colour is White, Blue and Green but obviously in pastel, so the bouquet and flowers can match everything in a sweet aesthetic sense.
"I can't believe it's really happening, phil" dan whispers softly, looking at all the work in front of them. Phil smiles softly, hugging dan and pressing a sweet kiss on his lips.
"I can't believe it either"
Friday rolls around and it's more hectic that usual, though it's still a great show as usual. Dan and Phil don't have another appointment with the planer today, so dan can get some more work done. Suddenly he can hear the familiar voice of Seth, and it sounds like he's talking to someone- or something
"- so this is the Actors wing! Here are where all your favourite people are preparing or resting for shows!" It sounds like he's doing the 'Sincerely, me' Volgs.
"This is the great Daniel Lester who plays Evan Hansen's Dressing room... let's see if he's busy" Suddenly there's a knock on his door.
"What's the password?!"Dan calls out, Seth laughs
"Give me a hint" Seth replies,
"It has to do with our first song in the show and it's iconic." dan says, Seth goes silent,
"Connor finished the milk!" Seth figures it out, dan laughs and opens the door and suddenly the small camera is in his face, making him laugh and blush.
"Dan the man! Say hi to the Vlog!" Seth says
"H-hey, vlog! How's it going, what's up, welcome to my crib that is currently covered in-" dan picks up whatever from the floor and reads it "rocky road granola packets!" They laugh
"Mine is worse" Seth replies
"Oh, i Know" dan laughs.
"So, I have some questions, did you have time to answer some?" Seth asks, dan nods and smiles. Seth pulls out his phone and reads the questions from twitter
"Alright! Kayla asks, how do you unwind after every show?"
"Well.. I go home, and watch another Netflix show with a cup of tea, in bed- or, if we have a 2 show day, between I just lay on my trusty couch here and contemplate everything and anything " dan replied
"Nice, same to be honest. Next is from Alex, and they write- Dan, what is your favourite song from the show?"
"I really like the sincerely me Reprise-" both Seth and dan start laughing
"No! Serous dan!" Seth playfully hits him
"Okay! Probably Waving through a window or Requiem"
"Okay! Cool, thanks for that dan!"
"No problem- wait, can you go get me some more granola?-"
"What? I don't have any"
"Jason does, go bother him for me, pleaseee?" Dan begs, Seth laughs and leaves. Dan opens his laptop again and finds the email that he was waiting for
