Lara's POV ///

Lara : why're you so cute?

Marcus : ask my mum and dad, they made me.

I giggled at his attempt at a joke. He stroked my cheek with his soft hands whilst gazing into my eyes. He was purely focused on me and only me making me feel like the only girl in the world. He made me feel special.

I've only ever had a couple primary 1 boyfriends, nothing particularly serious, so to have someone like Marcus in my life that cares for me and makes me get butterfly's every time I see him just feels amazing. I was so happy.

He was close now. I was so bewitched by his infectious smile that I lost all sense of where I was. It was just him and I in our own little corner. I forgot about everything and everyone for one small but precious moment until.....

Dave : Marcus!

God I bloody hate that man! My face converted to a not so happy one as Marcus sighed in annoyance.

Marcus : sorry.

He seemed genuine so I decided to not be stubborn.

Lara : on you go.

I gave him a reassuring smile as he ran off leaving me to have only myself as company. After a while I decided just to give up waiting for him and took myself on a little tour around backstage.

It was more interesting than I thought it would be. The equipment was pretty cool but it was the people's, frantically sprinting about trying to get ready for the concert tonight, that caught my eye. Just watching their stressed faces as they shouted at their coworkers 'Skynd deg!' made me laugh.

One of them noticed me laughing and gave me an evil glare. I just continued on my one man tour. I eventually made it around most of the backstage so decided to make my way back on stage. I kinda got a little lost and ended up just guessing which turn was next.

As I turned a corner I spotted Megan, asleep on a chair facing the stage. I chuckled as I made my way over. I nudged her slightly making her jump straight out of her chair.

Megan's POV ///

I felt a nudge, knocking me straight out of my dream and out of my chair. When I realised it was just Lara I sighed and sat back down.

Megan : where've you been?

Lara : nowhere....

Megan : well taking into account that that's physically impossible makes me think you're trying to hide something but it's all good, I won't tell anyone you were with Marcus.

Lara : fineee you got me.

Megan : it's not exactly hard aha

Lara : true, how long you been sleeping for?

Megan : don't know actually, what time is it?

Lara : 6

Megan : omg I've been sleeping for half an hour!

Lara : good thing I found you or you'd probably still be sitting here when they're performing.

Megan : aha yeah.
