#7 - Pranked!

*Monday*

*Daniels POV*

I woke up at 5 this morning because I needed to pick up Jonah from the airport to surprise y/n and to prank her back. When I got to the airport I saw Jonah waiting. He got into the uber with me and we headed back to the dorms. On the way back we were getting to know each other as well as talking about a prank idea. We finally decided on a prank and started to plan it out. 

*Y/n's POV*

At around 7:00am I heard the door open. I looked up from my phone and saw Daniel standing just smiling at me. He looked suspicious. I shrugged it off and started talking.

"Hey Dani, where were you?" I asked.

"Uhh, Somewhere?" he said back.

"Ok then.. Well I have class in 10 minutes so I should go, bye" I said as I walked out the door. I heard Daniel say bye as the door closed. 

When my classes ended I walked back to my dorm. Usually Daniel waits for me so I was confused. When I walked up to the dorm I heard Daniel whispering something but couldn't make it out. I opened the door slowly and saw Daniel standing with water balloons in his hands. I looked around me and saw that there was plastic everywhere to stop the mess he was gonna make. He pulled on a string and a bucket was dumped on my head. I looked down at the liquid and it looked like watermelon smashed into a juice. I looked back at Daniel who was on the floor laughing. 

"DANIEL!!!" I yelled, "I'M GONNA KILL YOU!". Daniel just kept laughing and suddenly yelled something.

"ATTACK!!" 

"Wha-" was all I was able to get out before he threw the water balloons at me that were filled with the same thing as the bucket. I saw Jonah jump out of my closet and start throwing the balloons with him. I just stood in shock. I wanted to go jump and give him a hug but I didn't want this watermelon stuff all over our room. I grabbed clean clothes and ran to the bathroom. I took the fastest shower in history and changed. Once I was done I ran back to the dorm and jumped to give Jonah a hug. We hugged for probably 10 minutes until Daniel started talking to ruin the moment.

"So two things.. 1, y/n when are you gonna clean this mess? and 2, are you two a thing or just friends?" he asked. Me and Jonah started laughing when he asked if we were a thing. "What? I just asked a question" he said confused.

"We're just friends, y/n's like my sister. That would be weird" Jonah said laughing still, I just nodded in agreement. 

"Oh and Daniel? Your cleaning this" I added pointing to the mess. After a while of arguing we agreed that we would all help clean. Jonah was gonna be here for a few days so we set up a bed for him on the floor. Once we were done cleaning and setting up Jonah's bed we decided to watch a movie once again. I grabbed snacks for all of us while the guys picked a movie. We ended up sitting on Jonah's bed so we could share snacks. Jonah was between me and Daniel and Jonah decided on watching Harry Potter. 

*Daniel's POV*

Half way into the movie y/n fell asleep. I didn't want her sleeping on the floor so I picked her up, put her onto the bed, and pulled the blanket over her. I went back down to my spot and me and Jonah started talking.

"Do you like her bro?" Jonah asked me looking away from the movie. I blushed and tried answering but I stuttered.

"Uh n-no. Why w-would you ask that?" I responded trying not to make it obvious. He laughed because it was obvious I way lying. 

"Yeah you do! Your blushing! Just ask her out, she'll probably say yes" he told me taking a bite of popcorn. 

"How? I get awkward talking about that stuff with girls" I said back.

"Just ask her, she likes you too anyways" 

"She likes me!?" I asked shocked.

"Opps, I wasn't supposed to tell you that.. Don't tell her I told you!" he said back nervously. "I do have an idea for you to ask her out though. Your a music major right? So ask her through a song! It would be easier for you and I could help you write it!" he suggested.

"Sure! Thanks man" I thanked him. 

"No Problem, but we should go to sleep. Goodnight bro" he said laying down.

"Night" I said back while moving up to my own bed.
