Brynn Reynolds was sent to King's Dominion High School for the Deadly Arts because she was convicted on multiple accounts of crime that she chooses to never to discuss because she simply can't remember. Wanting to stay obsolete, Brynn keeps her head down and her mouth shut until Master Lin calls her out for an assignment.
She doesn't turn down her task, yet wanting to ask why she has to go fetch some kid with other people who she never spoke to a day in her life. When she meets the boy, Marcus, he brings her in for more trouble than she wanted, causing her to had wished she had never met in the first place.
Especially when she starts to fall for him, yet he has his eyes set on someone else.
