Chapter 3

Haley's P.O.V

"Ross?!", I yelled. I tried opening the door but I couldn't.

"Finally!", he smirked.

He he leaned in fast and kissed me. I tried to pull away, but his hand was at the back of my head.

I pushed him and unlocked the door. I ran to my History class. Wait, I left my books in Ross' car. Shoot.

I walked back to Ross' car and opened it. Ross wasn't in there.

I grabbed my books and ran to History class.

After class, I walked to my locker to put my books away.

Suddenly, someone tapped on my shoulder. I turned and it was Riker.

"Haley, what happened?", he asked, "I heard screaming from you".

"Ross kidnapped me and started making out with me".

"I'm so sorry, Haley", he pulled me into a hug.

"RIKER!!!", Ross yelled. Riker stopped hugging and whispered to me,"Run".

"No, run with me", I tugged on his arm.

"I'll deal with my brother, Run", he pushed me a little and I ran to my English class.

Riker's P.O.V

Ross came up to me and and punched me in the face.

"R-Ross st-stop", I cried.

"Where's Haley?", he stepped on my back, hard.

"Going to her class"

"WHAT CLASS!?"

"English"

He smirked and left. Principal Snow ran to me.

"Riker, who did this to you?", he asked. "R-Ross", I stuttered.

He went back to his office and a minute later, he called Ross to the office.

I ran to English class and Haylie was talking to her friend, Maddy.

"Hey Haley, Hey Maddy", I greeted. "Hey", they said in an unison.

"Has Ross stopped by here?", I asked. "No", she replied. I sighed in relief.

"See ya", I waved. They smiled and I walked to my class.

Ross' P.O.V

"Mr. Lynch, why in the world would you beat up a student", he asked.

"I got mad", I replied.

"Why?"

"He is with my girl"

"Mr. Lynch, this is place to learn, not to be with girls"

"It looks like it to me"

"Since you beat up a student also known as your brother, you're suspended for a day"

I sighed. Wait, isn't she going to Rydel's party?

"So long", Principal Snow pointed out the door.

I walked to my car and drove home.

My mom was vacuuming the living room. "Why are you home early?", she asked.

"I got suspended for the day"

"Ross Shor Lynch, why?"

"For beating up Riker"

"Why would you do such a thing?"

"He was hugging my girl"

She stood for a while and started vacuuming again.

I ran up to my room and pulled out my phone.

I texted Riker

Me: Get Haley's number or your dead.

I clicked 'Send'. 5 minutes later, I got a text from Riker.

Riker: 310-284-1047. You better not hurt her.

Me: I can do whatever I want with her.

Riker: I'll warn her about you.

Me: Whatever.

Tomorrow, I'm am going to wait for Haley, at Rydel's party.
