TITUS’S POV

“Now where did she ran off to?” I sighed as I took a seat next to Hale.

“Hindi ka na nasanay.  Malamang, nangtitrip nanaman yun.  Parang nakawalang tigre sa hawla ang isang yun eh.” The two of them laughed at that.  I just shook my head.

“Don’t worry about her too much, Titus.  She’s not a kid anymore.  She’s 25, you know?” I looked at Grey.  He’s right.  I’m worried about nothing.  I know she can take care of herself.  I leaned on my seat and closed my eyes.  Memories came flooding into me.

~~~FLASHBACK 7 YEARS AGO~~~

“Keira!!” I banged at the door again and again but it wouldn’t budge.  I heard two gunshots already.  Napatingin ako sa taas at nakitang pababa na dito sina Ash, Grey, at Hale.  Hindi namin inaakalang maglalagay ng ganito si Ryker dito.  This door didn’t exist the last time we’ve been here.

“Nasan si Kei?” Worry is written all over their faces.

“Let me see that.” I gave way to Hale.  May tinignan siya sa isang banda ng pinto.  We just waited.

“It’ll take some time before I override this one.”

“Can’t we just tear it down?  Maraming explosives sa taas.” Grey beat me to it.

“No.  Another lock will activate if we open this by force.”

“Then hurry up.” At the same time I said that, another shot was fired and we momentarily froze.

“Hale!” I glared at him.  That brought him out of trance.  Nagmadali na siyang asikasuin ang lock ng pinto.  Habang tinatrabaho niya ang pinto, nag-usap na kami ng plano.

“We need to change our plan because by now, siguradong malapit na dito ang Genesis if Kei alerted them as soon as she entered here.” I also thought about that.

“Ash, kailangan mong mamatay dito kasama si Kei.” Lahat sila napatingin sakin.  Even Hale.

“Are you out of your goddamned mind?!” I glared at him.  I wasn’t finish yet.

“Listen, you idiots.  We need to fake your deaths here para hindi nila tayo hanapin.  Kei mentioned you to her Royal Guards that’s why you also need to die here, not only Keira because I’m sure as hell that they won’t stop until they find you.” They all nodded.

“So, what’s the plan?” I crossed my arms in front of me.

“Knowing Ryker, sigurado akong isang tauhan lang ang kasama niya sa loob.  As soon as Hale took care of that door, Ash, pumasok ka kaagad.  You need to bring Kyran out of here.  Siguradong manlalaban siya dahil hindi niya iiwang mag-isa si Kei so knock him out.  Don’t worry about Ryker and the other guy.  Grey and I will take care of them.”

“Sounds like a plan but how about Kei?”

“I’ll get her after we took care of Ryker.  Let’s just hope that she’s okay.”

“Hale, matagal pa ba yan?  After you do that, take care of the jet.  We need to get out of here as soon as possible.  Sabihan mo na rin si Doctor Morales to stand by just in case.” He nodded without looking at me.

“Done!” Just after he said that, another shot was fired.  Agad kong itinutok ang baril ko sa loob and I immediately caught sight of Ryker.  I shot him in the head without a second thought.  Nakita ko ring bumagsak ang tauhan niya.  Ash was already inside.  He looked at us helplessly.  He just kneeled there while holding Kei in his arms.  She’s not moving pero pinigilan kong pumasok hanggat may malay pa si Kyran.  We can’t risk him seeing us here.  It’ll surely jeopardize our plan.  Ash is still talking to him.  Just knock him out, goddamned it, Ash!  Another few seconds have passed till he decided to do it.  I rushed inside towards Kei. Mahina na ang pulso niya. Madami ng dugo ang nawala sakanya kaya sobrang putla na niya. She has so many wound. I clenched my fists. That fucking bastard tortured her.
