Ashton and Jenna have been friends ever since they were little. Jenna was two years younger then Ashton.
Ashton meets Luke, Michael, and Calum and end up making a band. Jenna had three other best friends besides Ashton and they were Jazmin, Eva, and Alivia.
All eight of them end up being in a group together and all become best friends.
That band grows successful as the one and only Louis Tomlinson notices them and they go on tour with one direction. But not before making a promise to the girls that they won't forget them. That they won't forget their original friends.
But skip to a couple years later and their self titled album has just come out.
The girls were sad when they completely abandoned them but they felt like they weren't surprised. They didn't know their album came out until they heard she looks so perfect on the radio.
They recognized their voices but couldn't do anything about it. They changed their numbers and have moved on.
Just as they have.
