After we ate the cupcakes and I made my wish, we went back to bed. I didn't wake up until like 11am.
They ended up giving me breakfast in bed and it was such a sweet gesture because I haven't had that in... years.
My birthday was always special and whether that be getting breakfast in bed, giant balloons with my age and name because I have such incredible friends.
We finished eating all the strawberries, pancakes, bacon and sausages and they say they have a plan for us but they say I need to "dress to impress".
I immediately know this isn't going to be good but I go to my little walk in closet and I see they're already looking through all my dresses.
Jaz picked out a tight black dress with a low cut and reached mid thigh. I didn't wear it that often and it's a beautiful one.

They all argued over which one they wanted me to put on because they each thought the one they chose was better. But I then walked away and looked at this one dress.
It brought back good memories. But also the bad ones. I grab it from the hanger and smile. This one is it. (A/n if you don't like it just picture another one)
Maroon is one of my favorite colors. I love how it looks on me more then other colors besides black which consists of most of my closet.

I put on the dress and look at myself in the mirror. "Thanks for the help girls but I love this one." I tell them and they groan.
"I told you we should've let her do it by herself." Jaz tells the other two and I laugh.
I took it off and went to the bathroom to take a shower and prepare to get ready because I knew they would want me to curl my hair and have jaz glam me up.
I do everything I needed to do and shave because I have to, duh. But I get out and they're in my bathroom. "Well hi girls."
