The morning after they landed in Los Angeles was tiring. Dave had the audacity to wake her up. She was beyond ready to fight him, but she held her composure.
This was Dave's surprise, LA— When he told her this was the surprise that "she would like", she was pissed off. Then she slept on it and realized how much she was thankful that he would take her somewhere anyways.
They didn't leave until two weeks after he presented her the tickets. She understands that Dave is a busy man, and she accepted it. Part of her questioned why he would her back to LA after she just left.
They rode in the car in a comfortable silence. Aubrey's eyes stayed closed. Eventually falling asleep.
Dave opened the passenger's side door, tapping her to wake up. "Baby, Aubs, Fat mamas" he called out her nicknames, her eyes fluttered open, immediately looking around at her surroundings.
"Welcome home." He moved aside showcasing a large house, their large house.

"Oh my gosh, Daveeeee" she yelled, getting out the car as quickly as her pregnant stomach would allow "It's so beautiful" she smiled hugging him.
"I love it, but what about when we gotta take the groceries in the house and don't wanna take two trips?" Aubrey laughed, rushing up the steps to see the interior.
