Third POV
And like Draco said he did indeed wake Hadrian up with kisses. However the result was still horrible as Hadrian doesn't like waking up in any way. So as they were walking towards the great hall Blaise was still laughing at Draco. Hadrian had been pulled away as soon as they had arrived at Hogwarts because he was registered as a new student and had to be sorted. Draco shot a glare at Blaise as they sat down at the Slytherin table and mumbled, " Shut up Blaise."
Meanwhile Hadrian was a bit nervous. He knew that the sorting hat would place him in Slytherin, that wasn't what had him worried, what was bothering him was how Dumbles would react to him. He knew Dumbles would recognize his mothers former last name and that worried him. But as he followed McGonagall towards the great hall he reminded himself that there was nothing to be afraid of. He was back with his family and they had everything planned out, he wouldn't be going back to the "light"
The sorting itself wasn't to bad, Draco thought, however he noticed that there were less Slytherin's and more Gryffindor's. But that was probably because of the slander the Order of Phoenix was spreading. Finally it was Hadrian's turn, "Now this year we have a transfer, he will be a fifth year and has been homeschooled up till now, so I expect everyone to show him around and be polite ." McGonagall said glaring at every single student as she motioned for the small boy to take a seat on the stool, "Hadrian Prince" As she put the hat on his head Hadrian saw Draco give him a quick wink.
"Hmm, Well Mr. Prince. I see you have finally accepted who you are. Are you willing to take my advice this time, you will be exceptional in Slytherin, don't you agree." Hadrian smirked at the sorting hats opinions, " I do. It's time they see what they have done." Hadrian told the hat. " Better be SLYTHERIN!" The hat screamed out as loud as he could.
Hadrian fought back a smirk as he put the hat back in the stool. Ravenclaw's and Slytherin's clapped politely as he made his way and sat in the spot Draco had save for him. The younger and older Slytherin's were shocked at Draco's behavior. The Slytherin prince himself saved a seat for this mysterious boy. "Hadrian love why are they staring?" Draco asked smirk full blown on his usually void face.
