Case: Victim was bought drinks by Suspect, who was her boyfriend's friend, and was walked home by him. They never arrived at her house and she was found in a ditch off the pavement, having been strangled to death. Suspect initially denied murdering Victim and was adamant that he was attacked by the real murderer (See Page 13 for injuries) and knocked unconscious.
NEW EVIDENCE: Suspect subjected to physical violence from police officers to force a confession. Evidence had been fabricates to hide the real killer. Prosecution were adamant his injuries were caused by Victim fighting back.
