CASE: Victim was shot 20 times and buried in a shallow grave near railway tracks. Suspect was suspicious to Police as he'd been implicated by the VICTIM in several break-ins recently. Prosecution presented hairs found in Suspect's van belonging to the Victim. A witness was key to prosecuting Suspect and stated he'd heard the shots and seen Suspect dig the grave.
NEW EVIDENCE: Hair's presented by Prosecution did not belong to the Victim and they had no reliable evidence to suggest this. The witness attempted to remake his account of the murder, realising he had not seen the Suspect after all, but the Police offered a bribe - He would not be charged in the burglary case he was indicated in and was given 900, 000 Won.
