CASE: Suspect entered 7-Eleven and soon exited, with raised voices heard by those in the vicinity. Victim was found an hour later slumped over behind the desk and pronounced dead at scene. Suspect was the Victim's Shop Assistant and Prosecution argued that he stole the money from the toll to pay for his university fees. Suspect denied killing the Victim and contended they'd been arguing over his shifts as he needed more time to do university work.
NEW EVIDENCE: Evidence used wasn't reliable and obscure. Police withheld vital information from the Defence team. A retrial was attempted several months after the original, but was subsequently abandoned.
