Waking up to her alarm clock, Luna protested a bit before waking up. It was definitely earlier than expected. If her previous manager knew she woke up four in the morning instead of getting her eight-hour of sleep she would probably freak and say something about how no skin care company would want to have a deal with her, but now she was free. She was her own boss with a strong backing, one that actually cared about her and would protect her.

Ever since her lovely divorce letter was read, Derek has not come in to even try to get an explanation. But it was better this way. After all, if they were to meet now, she wouldn't even know how to act. Would she try to get a few scratches on his proud face, simply give him the cold shoulder, or perhaps pretend they were in a happy marriage as he did. Who knows?

Not being in love with Derek was surely good. But revenge was also sweet and addicting. She had things to let out of her chest and she would. Moreover, profit from it, she was living the dream.

But who knew that coming back to this body would also imply in having a few painful stabs once in a while, maybe muscular memory couldn't catch the idea that the madly in love girl that she once was  not one anymore. Even if her heart ached, she could only grow to be more uninterested in him.

She shook those thoughts away. Waking up with bad thoughts first thing in the morning was prejudicial to her morning routine. Passing her hands through the silk sheets, she elongated her extremities before slipping out of bed. Opening up the blinds, she felt disappointed to the dark night that was outside. It was only for today, she reminded herself.

She then proceeded to finish her morning routine and go to work, maybe once the sun rose, she would take her ten minutes of sunlight, and perhaps a good coffee. She left a small smile escape her lips before leaving her home.

The streets were empty, making her way peaceful to work, putting some calm, relaxing music she left her mind detox a bit.  Parking her luxurious Tezla, she entered the building. Going to the entrance she was welcomed by one of Helena's secretaries, who was there to handle all the troublesome things.

"This studio is only temporary, Miss. Helena has provided one of her buildings to be arranged to become your Label's. Today is only to fulfil your request of starting your album." She said looking at her phone, which had all the information Helena provided. "But in three days' time, all the arrangements will be done and you can move there. Miss Helena also suggested for you to start hiring your people and to get a PA."

Luna only listened to her words and took mental notes. So the old fox was giving her a whole building. This was unexpected. But still, very useful. She put a note in the back of her mind to properly thank Helena for the opportunity.

"Today you will be dealing with things on your own. But once you build your team you can do whatever you want. Apart from backing you, Miss Helena wishes to stay low key in relation to you, and so she will be giving you the benefit of being independent. That is it, any other questions in one week time she wishes to have another dinner with you." She stated, being a bit shocked by it but recovering fast. Her boss was not someone to have dinner with just anyone, especially twice.

Luna only nodded. Entering the studio booth, she couldn't help but smile.

It was beautiful, with red walls, and leather seats, guitars that decorated every corner of the room and the perfect acoustic even outside the booth, it was more than she expected. Maybe even more than her previous agency ever gave her.

Trying to stay professional, she looked around at the panels, she very much knew what to do, and started to do her setting for recording.

"Thank you, Freya. Tell Helena I thank her for everything and look forward for dinner. Everything is perfect."
