As the day progressed, the night was quick to come. The night, although cold, had no clouds in sight, allowing the moon to illuminate the sky with no interference. Inside a studio room, the sound of the EDM played. While the man watched from the glass with his headphones on, the woman inside the cubicle smiled. Her feet light as her feet danced to the beat.
Approaching the mic, he sang, her voice very clear and sweet, yet bratty, making the listener feel as if it is a two-way phone call.
"Oh, it's okay, I'm happy
You're worried about me but
How can you expect more from me than yourself?
Did you want me to cry?
I'm feeling too good to do that"
Fastening the pace, she allowed her happy tone to hold another side to it, almost as if laughing in anger. Sarcasm inside her overly sweet tone.
"There are so many fun things to do in this world
It overflows with good songs, pretty clothes
And delicious food
I have a lot to do besides fall in love
So I'll be on my way now"
Rolling her eyes, Luna sang, the tone almost as if answering a question you have been asked way too much. Her voice dragging each word.
"she's fine she's fine she's fine
she's fine she's fine she's fine
she's fine she's fine she's fine she's fine
she's fine she's fine she's fine"
Going back to her almost talking way, she went back to the conversation, her voice sweet, physically energetically yet emotionally tired. She even felt that she should be sitting down chewing gum to sing this part.
"I'm not really dating these days
I'm comfortable with that right now
Whatever I do, I sleep well at night
Even though I drink so much coffee
Everything I do turns out well
I'm being a good daughter to my parents
The only things that sadden me
Are the microdust in the air
And your nosy interference"
Putting a sarcastic smile, Luna sang once again.
"she's fine she's fine she's fine
she's fine she's fine she's fine
she's fine she's fine she's fine she's fine
she's fine she's fine she's fine"
With that, the beat shone in its solo. Looking at Leonard who smiled, bouncing his head to the sound, Luna cleared her throat. Sighing in a realistic bothered way. Going back to singing in her overly-sweet-media-trained-interview type of voice.
"Don't tell me things about him
If I'm curious, I'll call him myself
don't need your help
I'm asking you please
If you stop bothering me"
Speaking in her normal tone, she spoke with no enthusiasm. Her voice almost husky compared to the sweet and sour tone she sang before;
