Getting out of the bathroom, Noah took a deep breath as his warmest smile decorated his face. Calmly walking towards the dining room, he quickly took his seat.

Noticing he was entering mid-conversation, he felt comforted. His family had a good relationship with Irwin already, so it wasn't as awkward as he thought the dinner would be.

"Since we stared distributing the seasoning for AirPop our stocks have gone higher. Lucia was looking into creating a new brand of seasoning that sticks to air-popped popcorn." Irwin spoke calmly.

"That's great, how is the instant organic coffee production going?" Alice asked. Her face with a smile. She really enjoyed the calm vibe Irwin gave. It matched very well with hers, the reason why they worked together so well.

"Honey, let's not talk about work." Will spoke to his wife.

Nodding her head, Alice agreed.

"Yes, sorry." Alice apologized.

"It's fine." Irwin spoke with a soft smile on his face.

"So, Noah told me you two are preparing to travel next month." Will changed the subject. Sighing, he stared at Irwin as he mocked his son. "Have you two decided yet?"

Glancing at Noah, Irwin lifted a brow. He didn't realize it was a known fact.

"My sister is getting married. So we are going to her marriage, and since Noah has never been there, we are going to explore a bit."

Staring at his parents, Noah noticed how nonchalant they were about it.

"Oh, I didn't know you had a sister." Alice spoke with a soft smile.

"Yes, an older sister actually." Irwin gave a soft smile.

"It's been a while since you last visited right?" Noah spoke, pouring water into Irwin's glass, and after, filling his own.

"More then a year I think." Irwin did the math on his head. "Last year my mom and Yulia came here to visit, so I ended up not going there."

"It must be tough to be all alone here." Alice said, her hand on her heart. "You must miss them a lot."

Staring at his mother, Noah could only stuff his mouth with food. As the thought of how hypocritical his mother was acting. His father had to send a wedding gift in secret, while Alice had not even sent a word to her daughter through the whole year Luna stood married and had made his head to not speak to his sister.

"I do, but it's fine. We talk a lot. I have been helping my sister with her wedding preparations, so we speak almost every day now."

Giving a soft smile, Alice got quiet, eating her food deep in thoughts.

"She must truly miss you." She spoke, the words barely left her mouth. Putting a smile on her face, Alice changed the subject almost as if it wasn't her who spoke earlier. "Well, I'm glad that you were the one who decided to organize your vacation this time."

"Sleeping in the middle of the snow is a once in a lifetime experience." Noah defended himself.

"Really a once in a lifetime, cause I'm never doing it again." Irwin was quick to say, easing the tense atmosphere.

"We need to do these types of adventures while we are still young. Once we grow old we won't be able to do it." Noah defended himself.

Laughing, Will nodded with his head, with a proud smile.

"It's true, do it while you too are still single. Once I started dating Alice I had to stop doing such dangerous things." Will spoke, leaving the now carefree atmosphere thicker.
