"Lisa, look at me." Felix said, snapping his fingers a couple of times in front of the girl.

Shaking her head startled, she looked at him. His eyes facing hers directly, their features completely aligned.

Feeling her face warm, Lisa pushes the boy back.

"Ouch, what was that for?" Felix questioned, getting his balance back.

To get to her height as the girl was sitting down, he had to bend making it easy for him to fall.

"That's what I should be asking you." The girl said, looking to the side.

"Are you okay?" The boy asked, concerned.

Swinging her legs in discomfort at the hospital's chair. Lisa looked down, barely refraining from fidgeting.

"The things she said. Do you think it's true?"

"Why would you think they are true?" Felix said. "Do you really think someone would be capable to do that? If she really did those things her name would be all over the news. Luna is an A lister."

"I don't know. She seemed pretty realistic." Lisa said bitting her lip.

Sitting next to her, Felix, patted her back.

"She was probably trying to scare her. I mean she blabbed some nonsensical things." Felix said. "Like, Luna was engaged before? Of course she was, she was married. That she became a singer because of her grandfather? She told us that already, and how is that even a threat? I think she really just ran out of things to say and started blurting out nonsense. "That her ex wouldn't be able to stop her anymore. Yes, why would Derek Hunter even help Luna, when she despised the man? Honestly, it got to a point where it got comical."

"But what about how she would kill Luna's dog?" Lisa said, her lower lip trembling a bit. "The details were too real."

"Luna doesn't have a dog." Felix said. "So don't worry. You asked her before, have you forgotten?"

"I don't know, I don't have a good feeling about this."

"The authorities have already taken charge, so us worrying will change nothing." He said, embracing the girl.

Sensing the girl in his arms shake, as she silently sobbed. Felix felt despair as he wondered what else could he do for her. As he felt her tears staining his chest, Felix caressed her hair. The feeling of helplessness consuming him from the inside out.

"Lisa. It will all be fine." He whispered. His body stiffening as the girl tightened her hug. Her arms bringing his body closer to hers.

Felix's heart speeding up, as he allowed himself to immerse in the hug.

"Felix, if something were to happen to me. What would you have done?" She asked, her voice still shaking.

"I wouldn't let that happen." He answered, without even thinking.

Letting go of him, Lisa stared at the boy with a smile, her eyes bloodshot from the tears and her nose red.

"I know." She said, the smile on her face not dimming a single bit. "And that's what I worry the most."

Staring at her, Felix was speechless. A thousand thoughts going through his head. Many questions as well as many answers, mostly in denial. Did she care as a friend? Did she care as something else? Biting his lip, Felix looked away in shame. He should probably stop with the nonsense. But at the same time, if he did nothing, then nothing would ever change.

"Lisa." He called out, all the courage in his body stuffed on his chest. "Do you like me?"

Startled, Felix panicked. Wrong question. Definitely wrong question. Why did he say that? Why couldn't the words come out.
